Really good

The breakfast was good and they accomdated our needs. The staff was amazing very helpful and understanding.

One of the elevator was hard to use because the door wouldn't close.

Excellent location, wish it was less noisy

Location was excellent. Breakfast was also great, but the loaves of bread does run out very quickly. The courtyard was also perfect location to relax after a day exploring.

The rooms were extremely noisy, from neighbours having a great time, to the rest of the town partying. The ventilation from the kitchen should be improved, all the smells from meals tend to linger in the hallways - which is often not pleasant.

חוויה טובה, נהנו, בהחלט מומלץ.

המיקום מעולה, הצוות מדהים מסביר פנים ומסייע בכל מה שאפשר. החדר בסה״כ נוח ומספיק מרווח. היו ירקות בארוחת הבקר - בהחלט ראוי לציון ביבשת. חצר המלון יפה ומיוחדת ויוצרת אווירה מאד נעימה.

ארוחת הבקר לא תאמה את הציפיות ומאד חזרה על עצמה ( היינו במלון 3 לילות ועוד 5 לילות). משום מה שכחו כל הזמן לשים קרם גוף למרות שביקשנו.

great location of the hotel, would choose it again only for this :)

great location, 2-3 min away from Plaza de Armas breakfast was good, diverse, but nothing special room and bathroom was ok, a bit cold as all over Cusco, they do not have heating, but an air conditioning which could be turned on heat as well (doesn't work very good, but it helps to warm a bit the room).

couldn't say I didn't like, but it is quite an expensive hotel for what they offer. I guess it's the location cost :)

Explore and recharge!

It seems like the majority of hotels in Cusco don't have an incorporated heating system in the rooms, and it is limited due to the high price of electricity and gas in Peru; but, Costa del Sol by Wyndham was exceptionally comfortable cause they are one of the few hotels that have heated rooms! (Cusco gets very cold in the evenings and mornings, at least in the 30's F) Having that perk was covering the price of the nights by itself. The bedroom has a tub, so after a long day of hiking and touring the city; I looked forward to a hot bath. The cleaning was fabulous, and we had our beds refreshed every day. The snack bar in the room was reasonably priced and convenient to bring a snack on our hikes | The best part is the staff, amiable and helpful. The restaurant (PAPRIKA) and the complimentary breakfast are excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel!

The lobby was the only place without a heating or air conditioning system, so waiting for tours at 4:00 am was a little uncomfortable, and I felt bad for the personnel enduring the cold there.

Pleasant stay

We've stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham and it was an excellent stay. Great location within a walkable distance to the Plaza de Armas, San Pedro market surrounded by many food places, shops. Breakfast and service was really good and highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel in great location

The location was excellent, close to the centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good and varied with the possibility of freshly cooked eggs or omelette.

The mattress was a bit soft. Also, the lunch and dinner menu could have been more varied.

one of man in the reception especially looked hesitating help tourists in carrying bag to the room.. just took a look at them and didn’t try to help them.. but the other day all the staffs were helping us and were so kind

great location, few hundreds of meters away from the main square. Good sized rooms. Welcome drink provided on reception. Did not try the breakfast, but got something take away due to early excursion next day

I stayed in your Hotel during Oct 14 - Oct 15 ( 1 Night ) , Reservation # 17925/2022 : While checking out on 15th morning , I paid cash in Sol 543.59 ( sent email to the Hotel with their Payment Receipt) . But On 13th itself you had charged my Card CHASE VISA xxxxxx2861 for Dollars $155.23 and you didn't tell me that. ( Sent the Chase Visa Card statement line to the hotel ). It's a duplicate Payment that you took from me. I requested to Refund ASAP to my credit card $155.23, but no response from the hotel yet.

TWO DIFFERENTE EXPERIENCES

Hotel service and location were fantastic. Considering we had 2 experiences in the hotel, I am describing the second one below, that was not as good as the first one because of the room.

We stayed at the hotel in 2 ocasions, first one (24 to 27th Sep, 2022) it was fantastic with the room we have requested, # 234 (if I am not mistaken). However, second stay (29 to 30rd Sep, 2022) we were put in a very small room. :-( It caused two very different experiences considering I select the same type of acomodation on both ocasions.
