Excellent Location, Good Air-Conditioning

We stayed 1 night in a Family Suite with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old kids. The location is excellent, close to the S.M. Novella train station and easy walking distance to the Duomo and other main attractions. It is on a small street with businesses and restaurants and is a fairly quiet and nice area to walk around. The rooms are a good size and clean and comfortable in addition to being charming. We had a small fridge stocked with milk and yogurt and there were pastries provided for breakfast. Tea and coffee were also provided. There is a small elevator which fit our 4 small suitcases and we walked up 1 flight of stairs to our room. It was hot in Florence while we were there but the quiet air-conditioning units in our rooms worked very well and we were very comfortable. We had one large bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't the best, but it was adequate. The windows opened onto the street and were good at shutting out any noise from the outside.

There were some very noisy guests who came in late and we could hear them from the central stairwell. Also, the floors were not substantial enough to prevent us from hearing banging and stomping from our upstairs neighbors.

Nice hotel, close to the train station and all attractions.

The hotel staff offered us an early check-in time so that we could catch the bus to the outlets upon arrival. Very nice owners/staff. Moreover, the daily in-room breakfast offers more variety than expected.

We found mosquitoes in the room, probably because we were in a room close to the balcony.

One of the best places to stay in the heart of the city

This Locanda is run by a family. They are kind and caring, lookong out to help whenever you need it. The place is centrally located, touristic parts of the city can be reached by walking. I highly recommend whether you go for business or with family.

2 years ago when I visited Florence I choose this place too. At that time they had a very hearty breakfast with fresh coffee, cold cuts, cheese, fresh bakery products and fruits etc. This time they just put some packaged food into the room every day. I missed the nice breakfast and its athmosphere very much this time.

חדר שבו 3 חדרים ובכל חדר מיטה. יש מיטה זוגית גדולה. מיטה זוגית קטנה וספה נפתחת. החדרים יפים ומטופחים. השירותים והמקלחת נוחים. יש שירותים ומקלחת נוספים במסדרון לשימוש שלנו בלבד. המארחים מאוד נחמדים ואדיבים. יש מעלית קטנה. חדרים נקיים ומיטות נוחות. החדר כלל ארוחת בוקר קטנה אך מאוד מפנקת: בקבוקי מים קרים, צנימים, קרקרים, ביסקוטים, פירות, יוגורטים, חלב, קפה, ריבות, והכל בנדיבות.

הכל היה מצוין. מעברים צרים בין החדרים.

总体洗澡水压不稳不影响我的入住，这是我在意大利住的最开心的一家酒店，每天早上在房间里吃早餐，还提供了水

地理位置好，去哪里都可以走着去，离火车站也很近，附近还有好多好吃的，房间内就准备了简单的早餐还有咖啡机，房间也很温馨，大小也合适，老板和老板娘人非常nice

Lugar acogedor y familiar en el corazón de Florencia.

El desayuno es excelente!! Todo muy rico, variado y abundante. El establecimiento es muy lindo y la ubicación perfecta, a menos de 100mts de la estación de Tren y a 300mts del Duomo. La habitación era moderna y nueva, como todo el edificio, pero un poco pequeña, lo bueno es que teníamos un balcón al patio interno y varias ventanas que permitían la luz natural y ventilación. La atención fue excelente, muy cordial y servicial.

Great Place to Setup a Home Base Near the Train Station

This hotel is very close to the Florence Train Station (less than 5 minute walk) so it is super accessible. It is on a nice quiet street and the host is very friendly and accommodating (including letting us drop our bags off at 11am). The suites themselves are spacious and the internet is super fast. The A/C also works well and the bathroom is a decent size.

Some guest may find the bed not soft enough.

Exceptional

Wonderful owner-run accommodation close to the center of Florence but just far enough away from the main crowds. A 5 minute walk from the train station or tram terminus from the airport. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were comprehensive and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and a delicious breakfast was served every day, with fresh fruit and even cooked omelette on request. There are a number of good restaurants/trattorie within a couple of minutes walk which are more reasonably priced than in the city center.

The temperature control of the shower was not very good with alternating between very hot and cold.

Excellent experience with excellent hosts

The host was excellent. We arrived late but the electronic check-in was a step-by-step procedure, easy to follow. Breakfast was great. The host was always there, asking to serve us with more than we could eat or drink. The room was very clean and topped up daily. Located in the historical centre, at walking distance from all sites.

A very nice place to stay in the heart of Florence

A lovely place to stay in the centre of Florence. Close to the train station and walking distance to all the main highlights of the city. The B&B is a beautifully decorated place, the room was nicely decorated and a normal size for Florence standards. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend this place, probably the nicest place we stayed in our many visits to the city.

Very good

Great location, breakfast was classic mediterranean breakfast which was okey for us. AC worked well. Rooms are well decorated and designed. Staff was very helpful especially the guy who served the breakfast was very welcoming and smiling. Room is cleaning every day and towels have been changing daily as well if you wish.

I think a little bit over priced even i made the reservation in advance like 1.5 months before.

Comfortable and stylish in the city

It was tastefully decorated and made us feel relaxed in the city. A mixture of classical and modern elements. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My cappuccino and freshly prepared breakfast options were a real treat. The staff were so sweet, kind and welcoming to us as well.

While the location is so close to everything, be prepared to drive into the city a little to get there. Call or text them first to find out about the parking garage. It’s not on the same premises as the hotel. It’s close walking distance though.

5 minute walk from train station, clean and comfortable

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from the main train station which made it perfect for our early-morning departure the next day. We appreciated the very accommodating, helpful staff and our clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was outstanding with a good selection and excellent, fresh fruit.

A true pearl

We loved the location just in the midst of the action (near the train station ), the spacious room and its cleanliness. Staff was welcoming and quite helpful. The breakfast was magnificent with lots on offer, including omelettes or other forms of cooked eggs.
