Exceptional

Dianne we a very welcoming and gracious host. We loved our morning breakfast chats and her recommendations of the area. The room was superb and quiet. Thanks to Dianne and Warryn for making our stay so pleasurable!

Amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Taupo.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Walking distance to town, the room was large and incredibly clean. Very private, quiet and safe. The breakfast was just beautiful. Wonderful hosts who were there if we needed them, but also gave us our space. We will be back without a doubt.

I wish we had longer!!! Everything was perfect.

Everything was of the highest standard, from the welcome, the decor, the bed comfort & delicious bedding, wonderful

Gorgeous home, exceptional in every way. we were very comfortable & relaxed. The hosts were welcoming & helpful , we felt quite at home.

Spacious and relaxing B&B with excellent hosts

Lovely house near the centre of town. Very warm welcome from Dianne and Warryn who were helpful and friendly. The guest 'suite' on the top floor is very roomy with a large landing acting as a sitting area as well as a large bedroom and bathroom - the whole floor is for the B&B guests, very private, but you're welcome to use the garden and hot tub. Breakfast was a DIY affair albeit with fresh coffee and scrambled eggs, at a time of our choosing. We had a very relaxing stay and have already booked another night.

No lake view, although we were aware of this when we booked so weren't disappointed. You can't have everything!

Comfortable, close to town homestay.

Lovely clean and spacious accommodation option close to the centre of Taupo. Walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Simple but adequate breakfast options were provided for us to prepare at our leisure. Welcoming hosts, lovely stylish space to enjoy inside and out.

The location was great. Very handy to town. The breakfast was amazing! Was very full! My sister said her coffees were GREAT! Lovely hosts. Bedding, room, bathroom etc - all facilities were lovely and clean. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Location is very central and quite. House is beautiful and very clean. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Everything from amenities to linen, towels and bathrobes are superb. We would really recommend this place.

Exceptional

Perfect place for trip. We had great time here and its much better than pictures online. Very good location near shops and the lake. Comfortable and neat furniture and clean bathroom and toilet. We could take a break in this quiet place and will recommand to everyone. Host was so kind and imformative as well. Thank you for everything. :)

Simple but delicious breakfast. Perfect for the time we had. These guys are the perfect hosts, we were very late in but they still made us so welcome.

We both prefer a smaller pillow to sleep on. That’s the only negative!
