Ampliamente recomendable, excelente trato, sin ruido, excelente relación calidad-precio.

La ubicación, el trato recibido, el tamaño y comodidad de la habitación.

Que después de las 10 pm, había que tocar la puerta para poder entrar.

Great location and value for the money. Very nice terrace on the roof.

They cleaned the rooms early for us so we could check in early. also offered to store our luggage for a few hours. The reception person spoke very good English and was very helpful.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and maybe updated a bit. Even just replacing the shower head and faucets would be a great improvement.

Lo recomiendo calidad y precio.

Esta súper céntrico , la amabilidad del staff , confort nos toco haB 6 cerca ala terraza para trabajar cómodamente y vista bien. También la limpieza sin duda regresaremos.

Todo estuvo bien lo único que nos falló pero sin problema es el wc no tenía presión . Pero de ahí todo Perfecto.

Confortable and well located, I could visit different places as everythin was so near.

Staff was friendly and attentive to anything we needed. I didn't need the car because everything was so close. Perfect location.

It would be great if they could offer free parking. We were four people but it seems they were only expecting three people because those were the amounts of towels and stuff, they provided me everything I needed when I asked it, though.

Too noisy, not enough water present, very little warm water, dusty, no dryer, and the worst a few things were stolen from my belongings, I didn’t noticed until I got home. I try to talk to the owner but the staff never connect with me. That’s the most thing I’ve never inspected because we put our trust in the staff. After this happens to us I started reading some more comments and I’m not the only one, that’s the most embarrassing act.

The location was great. This hotel is good for budget travellers.

The mattress was great. Clean and firm. The towels were thick and plush. The staff were friendly and very nice There is water in the lobby to refill water bottles Great roof top view

The bathroom looked old and needs to be updated. The water pressure for both shower and sink was not consistent The floor towel looked dirty The mattress sheet had a hole, so we had to get that changed The bench they supplied in the bathroom looked old and dirty

There is no parking nearby and you need to pay a lot for parking. If you have much luggage then its little difficult as parking is about 400 mts away. Also Some basic things can be added to improve service.

This place has seen better days so for good hospitality with a smile, look elsewhere.

The location is good and the property itself is a pleasant, small town house with courtyard in the typical Mexican style. Booking was easy with no pre-payment etc and good cancellation options.

They proudly display an 8.8 booking.com rating from 2016, ignoring the fact that the rating when we booked was 7.9, and this is generous. Room request made via booking.com was confirmed in writing, but ignored in reality. First room we were given was not clean and had significant untreated damp. Sound proofing is not great. Other than a towel, basic cheap toiletries and some water, there are zero facilities. No breakfast, no drinks service, nothing. They couldn't even provide a glass to drink water in the room. Reception staff do little more than say hello and take your payment.

Grateful for the sweet staff and nice room.

No breakfast. Great location. I was staying longer and asked for a better room and got it. Lower priced rooms seemed a bit drab facing the stairwell. They should be decorated with light textiles. Pay more to have a room on the top floor where there is a roof patio and view.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Great location, right in El Centro

Pillows were uncomfortable, No legroom under desk. LIght in the bathroom is not placed well for shaving. Water pressure in the shower was weak. It would have been nice if they served coffee on the premises, or provided a coffee maker in the room.

Ok overall, but probably would not stay there again.

Great location, lots to do and easy to get around by walking or bus.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the location and that there was a restaurant on site for breakfast and coffee. Breakfast on the balcony was an advertising point on the site! After staying at other types of places on our trip this was one of the primary reasons we chose Posada Maria Luisa, but those facilities were not available during our stay (the restaurant was shut down) and we were not informed of this. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was super disappointing for us. Not to mention, nothing else nearby opened before 8:30am.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Quiet, private and pleasant.

Lovely little hotel. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the terrace which was beautiful with an amazing view of the city. We were provided with more pillows once we asked and the room was cleaned every day😊 The hotel is in a great location, it’s quiet, private and pleasant.

For the price we were paying I would expect to have drinking water available. Also the shower was a drizzle which made it hard to even wash properly. Upon arrival we paid by cash, the gentleman on reception didn’t have the change at that moment so asked us to come back in the afternoon. We then asked for the next 3 days for the change and he couldn’t provide it. We never received our change so be careful when paying with cash.

Very comfortable and quiet room in a central location.

There was no breakfast provided. I understood from previous reviews that there was a restaurant on site, and that the price included breakfast. The location was very good, very close to the main attractions.

I have no complaints. All was satisfactory.
