Great stay which was made better because of the hospitality provided by the owners

the property is really modern and spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea which is perfect for sunrise! The little welcome basket that was given so really good too with Greek products

We had good time in this hotel. The room was clean and we appreciate the sea view. It’s about 25 min to go to the center but it is quite hard (several slopes) so you have to take bike or quad.

However, I was upset at the end of my trip because the cleaning lady is so disagreeable. We had the check out at 12 pm, we arrive at 12:04 pm and she was already in our room, so unpleasant with negative comment. She dropped our luggages without any excuse. It is a shame to have a cleaning lady non professional and nasty with customer. It is too bad because the room was good and the owner n

overall based on the fact that is an island, it was worth it, however I would only return if it has a shower handle, i n

super nice host, quick communication, room quite spacious, nice terassa, amazing snacks and supplies given, gave free taxi to the premise and also arranged a taxi for leaving for a price.

big minus was no shower handle ( i found it quite important even though it seems small and cheap/easy to install), also host does not check booking messages often. bedroom door was broken and did not close fully. Room had a big spider, but for island climate its probably natural, maybe got in when cleaning was done. everything else ok!

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at Sorina Beloved rooms.The room was spacious, bed was huge and really comfy. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the center and the balcony has a wonderful view.We would definitely book to stay there again.

Spetses is wonderful to visit. Enjoyed the whole experience.

We had a few nice cakes and coffee for our first day. The room was immaculate. Perhaps a little further up the hill than expected.

On our last day we couldn’t get a taxi (our own fault) . They were all booked!! However we managed to walk down the hill with our luggage.

Superb

The room was very spacious and minimal decorated, with its own private veranda overlooking the sea. It is fully renovated, super clean! We also had a few delicious snacks, water bottle and coffee tablets in the kitchenette. The host was very kind to extend our stay a few hours after check out time, since they did not expect any other guests on that day.

Nice place

Nice hosts, very clean, quiet location(except sometimes in the morning) nicely furnished, If I would come back in Spetses probably I will stay in the same location

In the morning there is a road very close by on which tractors or somethings like so are driving on, waking you up at 7:30 sometimes, or until you get used to

Best features about the place: Price + view

Reasonable price (esp. for Spetses) Nice view Spacious room Sober tasteful decoration

Room needs soundproofing. When the guests above me flushed or took a shower it felt as if I were in the middle of a freaking deluge! Faulty door. Had to turn the key twice to have it safely locked (wasn’t told, found out myself) No breakfast. There’s a nespresso machine + I found some individual butter and jam portions in the fridge (don’t know if that was courtesy of the host or of previous guests) but no knife or other basic cutlery (be it plastic disposable)

Terrible

Good things about the apartment is advertised. However couple of things were disappointing, making the holidays less enjoyable. Broken kitchen cupboard door (fixing is max 2 minutes, 2 screws needed), filthy and completely unequipped kitchen (I have boiled water for the morning coffee in a frying pan!!!), all three water taps were full of limescale and water was going everywhere but where you planned and the freezing part of the fridge did not have the door so everything stored ín fridge became frozen. All these things you would think is easy to fix but host has not made any effort. No sunshades and sun is all day long. No net against mosquitoes on the Doors and windows. Very loud neighbourhood!!! Clearly this apartment does cost more than it should be.
