Our best hosts in Italy

Antonio and his son Josef were amazing, hospitable and extremely helpful in every way. we loved this apartment and it's size. we will definitely stay again when we go back to Salerno.

Exceptional

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Salerno! Everything was amazing!

The street is tiny and pretty noisy at nights. In one bedroom we didn't hear a thing. Another was pretty loud through the night but didn't disturb us much.

Disappointing. Good location and service, but the property needs serious maintenance. Not suited for families unless you

Caretaker was great, although he didn’t speak English at all. Very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Location was ideal and between the harbor and train station.

I do not want to bash this location, but there quite a few things that should be addressed. 1) Appliances need to be updated/fixed. microwave was broken, faucet in kitchen broken, shower head needs to be replaced so it fits into holder, door to bedroom would not close and needs to be fixed. 2) EVERY night (except Sunday) the restaurant/bar below this apartment was extremely loud. My entire family was woken up by loud noises around 0230-0300 every morning. My assumption is that it was the restaurant staff.

Lovely apartment in the old town.

Small but spacious. Renovated in a historic building in the old town. The second toilet is an asset. In a walking distance along the promenade to the port where boats leave for amalfi and Capri. Antonio, the owner was so nice to explained and showed us everything. Next door there is a good restaurant with local dishes ( recommended by Antonio)

The stairs leading up to the apartment is rather steep and narrow - not suitable for elderly and people with mobility. Antonio will help with the luggage up and down.

Superb

Very nice apartment with Classic italian design, and spacious rooms. The bathroom with shower was very cozy. Kitchen was nice too, and had the basics we needed. The old town neighbourhood is charming and the apartment is right in the middle of it. Josef was a good host and had great recommendations of what to do, and see.

An oven or a toaster in the kitchen would have been great around breakfast. Aside from that everything was fine

Exceptional

The apartment was very well located and the 2 bathrooms was a major plus. The host was very helpful and offered many suggestions of activities in the city. My family.will be in the area in September and I will be recommending this apartment to them
