Ein toller Ort für einen Nordsee- -Strandurlaub.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt hinter den Dünen und der Frühstücksraum/Restaurant mit Meerblick sind toll.

Der Waschbecken-Abfluss und der Minibar-Schrank im Zimm wirkten etwas reparaturbedürftig. Teppichboden im Treppenhaus, der Rezeption und Restaurants.

Schönes Grand Hotel mit Top Personal und sehr gutem Frühstück

Tolle Lage direkt am Deich, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück mit einer tollen Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Kostenloser Kaffee&Kakao für Gäste in der Lobby.

Das Hotel ist an vielen Stellen leider in die Jahre gekommen. Geplatze Fliesen, Waschbecken Keramikoberfläche komplett kaputt und verrostet. Haare im frisch gereinigten Bad. Sehr schlechter TV Empfang. Für diesen Preis muss das besser gehen. Natürlich kostet die Instand Haltung von so einem großen Objekt sehr viel Geld, dem entsprechend sind die Preise aber auch deutlich über Durchschnitt. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre nach Den Helder und haben einige Unterkünfte hier getestet. Dieses Hotel ist eine der besseren Unterkünfte.

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht, eher eine Absteige als Grand Hotel (war es vielleicht mal...)

Es gab eine Sauna allerdings ohne Türschliesser (kaputt),d.h.die Tür stand immer etwas offen.-.Bereich/Duschen war nicht getrennt vom allgemeinen Badbereich,

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, uralte Teppichböden, dunkle Zimmer, Frühstücksangebot naja (für den Preis keine frischen Eier, Obstsalat angegammelt, Schinken und Käse mehrere Tage gleich alt, keine Milchalternative!

Vriendelijk en zorgzaam personeel, gedateerde inrichting, slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk en ook vriendelijk en geanimeerd opgediend.

De - in mijn ogen - dure kamers (€180 p/n voor 2 personen en € 165,- p/n voor 1 persoon) waren gedateerd en leken op een van der Valk van 40 jaar terug. Bovendien hadden wij kamers die zo ver weg van de receptie waren en voor twee medereizigers van boven de 70 tè ver, met veel onvermijdbare trappen.

Bon hôtel proche de Den Helder

Bel hotel rénové récemment, les chambres sont de taille limitée, mais complète et décorée avec soin. SdB très propre Literie XXL confortable PDJ buffet très copieux et complet Parking gratuit Personnel agréable Bel espace piscine /sauna et également une salle de fitness avec des équipements derniers cris ! Nous avons dîné un soir au restaurant, la vue est magnifique au coucher de soleil et les mets juste fabuleux ! La proximité du ferry pour Texel est très pratique et l’emplacement le long de la mer est agréable. Enfin, pour les plus courageux/ moins frileux que nous, l’hôtel est juste en face d’un emplacement aménagé pour se baigner...

L’ascenseur était en panne pendant la durée de notre séjour (3 nuits) et il y a beaucoup d’escaliers dans l’hôtel (Pdj au 2ème étage, restaurant au 3ème, couloir vers les chambres). Je le signale car cela pourrait être un souci pour certaines personnes.

Superb

The location was amazing, it had a calming atmosphere and the facility offered a great modern gym, 2 squash fields and a swimming pool with saunas. Would have loved to stay an additional night.

The Grand Hotel Beatrix offered a great stay and we will be back next time we visit the area.

Fabulous hotel in wonderful location, right next to the sea. Can't think of anything negative, everything was perfect! Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate rooms, comfy beds. We stayed for a family wedding and the hotel was just the icing on the cake. 10/10!

very welcoming and very comfortable.

Room was a very nice room, it was just unfortunate that I was only there for 1 nights sleep, I didn't check in until 7pm and i was up early the next morning as my taxi was booked for 5:40am. otherwise I would of liked to of stayed longer.

I wasn't there long enough to comment on any thing bad to be honest, if I did have to pick something, maybe the mini bar could of been stocked as im sure when I have stayed previously, it was

Modern, clean room with great views. Fabulous fine dining experience in the Restaurant C'est La Vie with fabulous food and friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast experience was awful. No-one there to ask us our room number and welcome us. None of the guests knew what to, if they could just sit anywhere. 2 young staff who talked to no-one and just cleared tables. No-one checked the food/drinks. Some of us had to tell them what was finished orange juice, smoothies, bacon, pancakes...all finished. Really poor service and considering the quality of food in restaurant, breakfast was opposite end of the scale.
