alles ok,wenn noch einmal nach Alkmaar dann wieder dieses Hotel

super Lage,sehr ruhig obwohl an Hauptstrasse gelegen,ohne Frühstück gebucht,da Preis mit 19,50 doch relativ hoch

nichts nachteiliges zu sagen

Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was uitstekend. De locatie was goed.

Net hotel op goede locatie

Net hotel met ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is echt top tussen het station en het centrum van Alkmaar, alles is op loopafstand.

Als ik iets moet noemen dan mag het personeel de zitjes voor het hotel wat vaker controleren op vies servies en de asbakken legen.

Prima voor City trip Zwolle: alles lekker dichtbij

De lokatie, prima bij centrum, 100 meter lopen

Douchen in het bad blijft onhandig , tzt mag dat verbouwd worden. Het was warm, er is een kleine mobiele fan. Kamer is heerlijk groot, dus dat helpt niet echt zo’n kleine fan.

Alkmaar is een leuke stad die goed te verkennen is vanuit dit mooi gelegen hotel.

Locatie: op loopafstand van het centrum! Koffie en thee op de kamer.

Great hotel

Reception staff were great, I was given a disabled room which had everything i needed,and was very clean. Great location to the town as visiting relatives.

Breakfast wasn't kept an eye on so lots of items had run out, i asked for bacon and was told I will ask the chef came back No , no more but I said there is an hour to go. So I asked reception and was then told about 10 mins after 15 was told another 10, 30 min later very crispy bacon appeared. Breakfast staff wasn't great but other than that lovely hotel,we will return but maybe not have breakfast.

Functional in convenient location, nothing special

Good location, very close to railway station. large rooms. Friendly staff.

Room dated and worn. Bedside table lights not working; bedside table hanging off the wall showing cables; drawer with broken handle. According to the description of facilities, the room should be equipped with a minibar but this was just a fridge. I had a late arrival and the hotel had absolutely nothing to offer in terms of refreshments; not even a vending machine. Staff apologetic and suggested I could either go into town to try and find a ‘snackbar’ that was still open, or use one of the glasses in the room to drink (actually good quality) tap water.

Great location just on the edge of the city centre. Friendly and welcoming staff who are all happy to share local knowledge with the best things to see and do within the city.

Rooms and hotel in general felt a little tired. Although comfortable enough, the room we stayed in looked in need of a spruce up as did other areas of the hotel. However if using this hotel as a "base" and not spending the majority of our time in the hotel itself during our stay this was not a major impact for us.

Well located, but quite hotel.

The hotel is located a short five minute walk from the centre of the city. My room was spacious and the breakfast selection was very good.

The hotel was absolutely full, given that there were two events in the city on consecutive nights. Yet in spite of that, the hotel management didn't ensure that the bar was open. Only one person on duty after midnight. I wasn't impressed by that.

Pleasant

Beds super comfortable and the room was very clean.

Very short timeslots to have a breakfast on a Sunday morning. The offer a little limited and staff touching food items with bare hands.

Great stay all things told in a lovely town.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable and a great size. I even had the addition of a brilliant big jacuzzi bath and a large balcony.

As we were there for work attending an international whisky festival it would have been nice had the bar still been open when we got back. The festival finished at 11pm and when you are on your feet and talking all day all you really want is to sit and chill with a cold beer. The hotel was fully booked, mostly by our delegates and the money the hotel could have earned would have been substantial.
