Gute Lage

Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichen. Das Zimer war sehr geräumig mit großer Fensterfront und Aussicht auf den Yachthafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichlich.

Die Betten hatten für unser Empfinden zu weiche Matratzen. Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken für Handtücher, vor allem in Nähe der Duschkabine.

Heel fijn verblijf om te genieten van Groningen.

De locatie en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Kamer was best warm, hotel vond ik ook wat gehorig. Zowel geluid van straat als van trappenhuis / andere kamers. Het ontbijt vond ik qua prijs redelijk goed van kwaliteit. Kan voor dat bedrag net wat beter.

Heerlijke nacht gehad

Schoon, mooie kamer, prima bed, goed ontbijt, de nachtmedewerker (jongen uit Aruba, ontzettend vriendelijk, servicegericht, verstaat z’n vak goed.

Stagiaires moeten niet alleen gelaten worden, zeker niet als het om financiën gaat. Bij het afrekenen had ik 3 x ontbijt te veel betaald. Sowieso kwam het hele afrekenen klungelend over. Toen ik erachter kwam was ze ineens weg. Uiteindelijk wel opgelost met een andere medewerker, maar geen excuus of niks. Je staat dan toch te stressen en voor je gevoel ben je bijna opgelicht. Ze had het moeten vragen; 2 personen, 1 nacht, 6 ontbijt, klopt dat? In plaats van gelijk een pinmachine met een bedrag te overhandigen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, perfektes Stadthotel.

Perfekte Lage und sehr hilfsbereite zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Besonders herausheben möchten wir die Mappe, die vom Hotel extra für Kinder zusammengestellt wurde. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten und einen Parkservice vom Hotel.

Un "onesto" albergo

La posizione è ottima . Si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi e le principali attrazioni. Non ho usufruito della colazione. La cifra richiesta è eccessiva per chi come me è abituato a mangiare una pasta e un cappuccino.

Purtroppo un giorno non mi è stata rifatta la stanza. Ero uscito alle 8.30 e sono rientrato alle 15.15. La stanza non era ancora stata rifatta. Avendo bisogno del bagno ho messo il cartello non disturbare per 10 minuti. Proprio in quei 10 minuti la cameriera al piano è passata. Dopo un paio di minuti sono uscito e passato alla reception che chiedere una pulizia della stanza ma mi è stato risposto che ero fuori tempo massimo. Non ci sono rimasto bene.

Gute Lage, ruhiges Hotel

Sehr lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge und Räume auf der Sonnenseite heizen sich extrem auf im Sommer. Es besteht kein außenliegender Sonnenschutz.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Good wifi. Great view from the room.

The car park is underground and tiny, quite challenging to negotiate. There were ongoing building works during our stay. The room soundproofing was poor, we could hear both neighbours, people in the corridor and people on the street outside even though we were on the sixth floor !

Location is excellent and the secure parking while a little expensive is a valuable option staff were helpful and polite room was comfortable

the shower in our room flooded the floor every time we used it , the shower door does not seal properly building work was a little inconvenient but everyone did their best to minimise disruption
