przyjemny pobyt

Śniadania i obiadokolacje bardzo dobre. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane. Na życzenie zmiana ręczników.

Minusem to brak wody do obiadokolacji. Za każdy napój należało zapłacić. Rozumiem ze piwo, wino, napoje gazowane są odpłatne a woda powinna być ogólniedostępna. Słabe śniadanie przed otwarciem restauracji (np. w przypadku wcześniejszego opuszczenia hotelu przed standardową godziną otwarcia restauracji). Krótkie otwarcie basenu wewnętrznego od 8-20 czyli przed śniadaniem nie można skorzystać z basenu.

Comida variada, limpeza e um excelente espaço exterior onde consta um relvado e uma piscina soberba.

Insonorização das portadas dos quartos. Ouvia-se muito barulho vindo do exterior. Falta de tomadas 230V.

Beautiful resort very close to the seaside!

Good variety of food at meal times. Would be nice if more vegetarian options were available. And veggie sausages at breakfast, otherwise great selection of fresh food

It would be nice to have more than one socket to charge devices in the room. And a light system where individual lights can be turned off. Ac in the rooms needs to be stronger.

Declining a little over the years..

Been several times as staff are so friendly and welcoming each time we’ve visited. Great animation team and restaurant staff. The best thing is the beautiful outdoor gardens and huge pool with plenty of loungers for all

Need more smoking points in the gardens. Felt rushed out of the bar every night and the staff have started to turn air con off at 11pm to make people leave before they close at 12:30am. Al inclusive drinks are offered to 12pm, but there fees like resistance to serve you even at 11:30pm. Another annoyance is they switch off the water machine and soft drinks machine so not even water isn’t possible after closing even though this area is self serve. The rooms and hallways are also very tired and in desperate need of an overhaul

Best time ever!

Everything was great. We had a half board and we loved the food every single day. Variety of the plates is just incredible. We even couldn’t try everything. 😆 Very nice and helpful personal. We had a man receptionist who really helped me with my allergies to change the room. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Saved me from bad timing during vacations. Rooms are very big in classic style. We had them always clean. The territory are huge so you always have space near the pool and if you want - far from other guests. Pool is always clean. We saw they have every evening program for guests and entertainment for kids which is super nice. Also pool activities, which not bother you at all if you stay a bit away, on the grass, like we did. We felt very inclusive with our small dog in this hotel. She finally had a good time and haven’t been locked in the room most of the time which was a HUUUUGE PLUS. We all had a wonderful time which was incredible. We could have her near taking suntan (clearly staying more separate from other guests to not bother them and looking after her not making dirty grass) and also we was allowed to have her at the terrace during the breakfast and dinner which made all of us extremely happy since our dog is a part of our family. We definitely will be back again! For those single couples who worried going to the hotel with many kids I can say that we had no problem at all.

Excellent hotel

This is a lovely friendly hotel in a great position. Lovely walk along the creek to the beach.

Would be nice if food more clearly labelled in restaurant. Difficult for vegans/vegetarians.

Great value for money

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were there end of May so that likely was a big factor. Beautiful grounds, great to play tennis. The location is great if you want to be closer to nature and quiet. The food is good and staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated

Our cycling holiday was very good (except for some unusually low temperatures and a little rain).

Breakfast (except coffee) and dinner very good. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Everywhere very clean and well maintained. Staff all very helpful - (TV replaced immediately after I reported a fault).

Breakfast coffee was tepid and being overcharged at the bar. (Asked for a cognac, but billed for a Johnny Walker scotch, but then I should have checked before signing).)

Generally very happy. We have stayed here before and it is good value.

Generally good food - not always as hot as I would like. Desserts had too much cream in them. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space.

There were seven of us in our group and it didn't seem possible to arrange a table for seven each evening. It was first come, first served with bigger tables sometimes only occupied by three or four people. Coffee and milk were awful. They only provided skimmed milk.

Superb

very nice hotel, cozy and clean room, great food, plenty of choices every morning/evening. Beautiful garden and swimming pool with great temperature. Lot of trees and grass. Every evening free performances - really enjoyed that. Stuff very helpful. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

the only disturbing thing was noise from above room. There are tile floors and every moving of furniture sounds like hell. Bud did not hear anything from rooms next to us, as it is usual in hotels.

the food was incredible

Women work as bar server near the pool was sooo unfriendly and never smile. she wanted to let us pay the glasses of water that we are drinking for free since we have arrived to the hotel. not only for us for alot of people.

One very rude waiter in breakfast. 4star without gym? No parking for rented cars? No floor hole for the water in the bathroom. Charge upon arrival although the room was already paid.

Very happy with the hotel in general - but the coffee and milk were awful.

The food was good.

The coffee was not so good. The skimmed milk was awful. There should be an option for semi-skimmed at least. It spoilt my enjoyment of breakfast.

Exceptional

The room was nice and clean with the necessary the peace one needs to rest. One nice detail which I haven't seen in other hotels is one extra room card, which enables the air conditioning to work even when one leaves the room, so it is pleasantly cool when one comes back. The staff was excellent - from the reception to the room service and to the guys in the dining area. We stayed for 2 weeks and every single evening there was different entertainment provided after dinner by different artists, singers, acrobats etc. (some of them miles ahead of the others but still. P. S. this guy Charlie really rocked). The food variety in the evening was really good, everything that a person without special requirements can hope for. Breakfast was also very good, nothing special but everything one needs. One should note that drinks for breakfast are included in the price, while for the drinks in the evening one must pay extra

The hotel is somewhat far away from the tourist attractions, which for us wasn't a problem, since we rented a car. Without it I imagine it being somewhat too isolated from the fun stuff

Very relaxing and pleasant and clean

I liked the location: near the beach, and also away from the noise. The room was nice, clean, big bathroom, the breakfast was fair, many choices, very good coffee. The receptionists were all very nice.

Maybe the fact that persons responsible for breakfast wanted to keep all the things in too strict conditions; they were polite, but customers tend to break one rule or another, like taking a croissant away for the child who doesn’t taste anything for breakfast, hoping the child will grab it later in an hour or so; also, food was thrown away, indeed, but looking at how hotel personal was dissapointed because of this, wasn’t too confortable. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, I would come back if I would arrive again in Mallorca. I felt very good and safe!

Weekend break Can Picafort

Its situated in a perfect spot as you have the river bed on your doorstep and the sea 500m away. The bird life was amazing and the views. Another 500m away were lovely restaurants and bars offering traditional cuisine!!
