PREZZO OTTIMO E HOTEL IN CENTRO

Colazione molto ricca a buffet e piatti da ordinare fatti al momento. La camera spaziosa, con cabina armadio, bagno grande. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole anche solo fare due passi in centro. Comodo anche il parcheggio coperto a pagamento.

L'unica cosa che forse migliorerei è l'illuminazione in bagno

ازعاج السكان وازعاج السيارات حيث يقع الفندق بين شارعين . وكذلك حجزي شامل ضريبة المدينة ومع ذلك اجبرني الفندق بدفع ضريبة المدينة مرة اخرى ويتوجب التنسيق بين بوكينج وإدارة الفندق .

We booked a room for three at the hotel san lorenzo. after that we changed the booking to 4 people. When we arrived, we found out that we were not accommodated in the San Lorenzo Hotel, but in a neighboring building which is not a hotel; there was no room cleaning, or hygiene products. There was absolutely nothing that is in the hotel. The idea is that we booked a room at the San Lorenzo Hotel, but without warning they moved us into a completely different building which is not a hotel. This is a blatant deception and fraud.

Room standard and fitness aren't 4 stars

- nice view on the mountains

- some rooms are pretty old - bed was a disaster, pillows horrible, like stones - no shower in the bathrooms, strange old bathtub where you could only shower while sitting

Superb

The hotel was fabulous. The room had alpine style like expected. Everything was renovated and worked like expected. The breakfast was fabulous.

The structure is nice. Location is good. Breakfast is good. Free Parking was possible thanks to the owner who kept a place for us.

I did not like the fact that at the selection stage, three points were not clear or highlighted as it should be : 1- the parking cost of 10€/night for a guaranteed space... 2- 2 hours of paid sauna 25€/person. I was expecting this to be included as service to customers. 3- I asked for queen-size bed which was an option that can be taken, I received confirmation later that was saying it was a double bed which is not acceptable. In fact upon arrival I had an upgrade of the room with queen bed No matter say that at the confirmation these were written in the notes. Anyhow the stay overall went well as they did an upgrade of room upon arrival and the owner seemed to be much more kind than the staff at the reception.

Super friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Lobby area and reading room were great.

Room was a little small, but that is very common in older European hotels.

Ski trip during the English Alpine championships.

Location was pretty central in the town, yet a good (and enjoyable) 10 minute walk to the ski area. That said, the bus stop to take you to the ski area was right in front of the hotel. The staff - both front desk and restaurant - were friendly and professional.

I had to do some online meetings and the internet was not great.

they have two buildings. One new, one with character. ask for the one in the original room. Wi-Fi was beyond bad. Service was average. didn’t go out of their way to help.

A really good place to stay, warming and charming. Breakfast is a big plus and the staffs are amazing people.

a great base from which to explore the surrounding mountain passes/thermal pools

The staff were very friendly/helpful and the breakfasts were excellent with both buffet and hot food options provided. The 3 course evening meal option was also excellent value and prepared to a high standard.
