Zimmer und Lage schön, leider keine. Ruhe in der Nacht.

Freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Bis tief in die Nacht (3 Uhr) war es sehr laut. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel sind zwielichtige Gestalten, die die ganze Nacht rumgebrüllt haben. Das mag an der Nähe des HBF liegen.

Personal super freundlich. Vom Hotel aus kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück naja. Aber wer nur für einen 2 Tagesausflug wie wir hier her reist und keine zu hohen Ansprüche stellt, war es ok.

Für eine Nacht war es perfekt

Extrem nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück, wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. In 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar.

So praktisch die Lage ist, abends ist es auf der Straße doch recht gruselig...Bahnhofsgegend wie in jeder anderen Stadt auch.

Practical and good-deal hotel

Very close to the central station and really kind reception. Compared to other hotels in Hamburg, the price is reasonable even this hotel provides everything which you need.

A little bit old and not luxurious but this hotel is 2 stars. They deserve 3 stars based on their service. There are many 3 star hotels which are inferior to this hotel.

Wer ein einfache, sauberes Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe braucht und freundlich aufgenommen werden will, ist her richtig.

Das gesamte Personal war ganz besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war sehr angenehm!

Mein Zimmer hatte das Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht. Man hat das Brummen einer Lüftung gehört. Aber bei dieser zentalen Lage war das es sicher viel besser, als Strassenverkehrslärm.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert

Sehr freundliches Personal! Es stand leider nur 1 Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für uns zur Verfügung, aber das Problem konnte mit Hilfe des Personals gelöst werden. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, alt eingerichtet, aber haben ihren Zweck erfüllt. Wir haben mit Freunden ein Wochenende in Hamburg verbracht und waren nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer. Das Hotel bietet eine sehr gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum!

Great location!

The receptionist and the worker was so kind so helpful. Location is 600m from Hamburg Central Station. Bed headboard greate, have power point both of sides.

Maybe you can get towel because its clean but not perfectly clean.

Hamburg stay couple from Australia.

Hamid and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much. Always greeted us with a big smile. Lovely breakfast and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend.

Very good

Very friendly and helpful Staff. The room was Clean, The breakfast was Continental, Everything was well presented and clean. A Stones throw away from Central Station which was great. We will definatly come Back and also recommend. A Big Thankyou to the Guy on Reception for looking after our luggage till evenning as there we're No empty lockers at the Station.

It's very near the station which is why I chose this hotel. My room was quiet as it was at the back.

Apart from proximity to the station the location isn't great. At the entrance there were a lot of people hanging about and I felt very uncomfortable. As a solo woman it didn't feel safe at all. I didn't feel able to go out at all in the evening. The hotel is okay for an overnight stay but it's rundown and dingy. Also I think it is overpriced but maybe that's just Hamburg prices.

Hoghly recommended, and I’ll stay here again for sure if I come to Hamburg.

I’ve stayed in this hotel like three times in the past and it always fulfilled my expectations. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, better than mine at my home. The staff was very friendly and made me feel super welcome. The location is also good around the main station.

The only minus is that the drainage of the shower didn’t work quite well. The water accumulated a bit but in general not a big problem.

The hotel manager was excellent. Lots of great advice, extremely helpful and friendly. A real gem. Breakfasts were also excellent. Good food good variety. Very long hours made it easy to use. Excellent value

The street in front of the hotel "the war zone". As we called it has a lot street people,drinks, homeless, people begging. Loud crowded and generally disagreeable. It was always nice to get inside the peace and tranquillity of the hotel.

Good location, just turn right when leaving hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to main station.

For me it was pricey, but that's because there was a big football match in town so prices up everywhere. For the normal price it is good value.

Overpriced!

Beds are comfy, it's right next to the trainstation and the team is super nice.

Overpriced for what it was. Lots of construction and not a very nice hotel. You can get way better deals with even spa included in the city. Would not book again.

Was a good choice for the budget and as a base for a busy weekend.

No frills accommodation, but did the job as a place to rest, particularly given the very low price. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked popular. Very close to main train station and city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very basic for 3 beds. Could have done with updating and decorating. A good alternative to a hostel or Air B&B.

Bad location but clean and friendly.

Staff very friendly and breakfast was cheap and excellent. room was clean and bathroom was very good.

The location is great but there are homeless men everywhere outside the building. It was a bit intimidating to be honest. The lift does not stop at every floor so we had to drag cases down a flight of stairs.

Convenient digs in Hamburg

The location near the central Hamburg train station is excellent! The room, newly renovated, was basic and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! The local neighborhood is very lively with lots of diverse cultures and people.

The access to the hotel was a bit strange, as in not immediately accessing the hotel reception when entering the building. This is not the hotel for you if you have mobility challenges or are carrying heavy bags. The small elevator helps a lot, but you are likely to have to carry your bags up or down a half-storey.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the Central Station. The room was small but comfortable and quiet. Everything was in order. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

It's terrible, and the price is not cheap,

There are many red marks on quilts and sheets.I don't know what it is! Could it be blood?Very disgusting!

Convenient for train station. Take Cash.

5 minutes walk to the station. Exceptionally clean bathroom.

Area was a little intimidating at night. Bed was not the comfiest. Not possible to pay with Mastercard. Manager seemed to want cash. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed in, who required cash to use the room safe.

It is a very comfortable and affordable place to stay. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect, 5 minutes to the central station. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was a heating problem in the room but the receptionist gave us an electric heater, which worked really fast. The room was very very clean, one of the best that we've seen so far.

Close to Hamburg hbf

5 minutes walk from the main train station. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk from the Speicherstadt. Very nice staff. Good breakfast.

No heating in the bathroom. Few beggars closeby.
