Für eine Übernachtung, Zweck erfüllt. Preislich dafür zu hoch.

Frühstück war ok und die Möglichkeit auf einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war gut. Badezimmer war sauber.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 einzelnen Betten gebucht, jedoch waren es dann doch 2 einzelne Betten die zusammen geschoben waren. Als wir diese auseinander geschoben hatten, viel uns der viele Dreck unter den Betten auf. Da wir im ersten Stock waren, konnten man, während man auf der Toilette war, den vorbeilaufenden Menschen quasi die Hand reichen. Die Folien an den Scheiben des Zimmers waren unserer Meinung nach falsch angebracht. Man konnte nicht raus schauen, aber dafür rein schauen…

Für ein zwei Nächte eine gute, ruhige und saubere Unterkunft, allerdings ohne Hotelflair.

Das Zimmer befand sich in einem Komplex von 6 dreistöckiegen Häusern in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Zuerst waren wir etwas überrascht, weil wir dachten es wäre ein normales Wohnhaus. Es waren alles einzelne Apartments, die überwiegend von Hamndwerkern und Familien genutz wurden. Dadurch sehr annonym. Die Tiefgarage befand sich direkt unter dem Haus.

Leider gab es kein Frühstück, obwohl dieses in unserer Buchung und im Endpreis enthalten war. Das acorahotel hat ab dem 01.12.2023 das Frühstück abgeschafft. Wir haben vor Ort keine Entschädigung erhalten. Man teilte uns mit, dass wir die Summe ( 2 x 12,50 € ) bei Booking.com eifordern müßten. Ein Tag vor unserer Ankunft wurde in einem der Apartments eine Person erschossen.

I had an excellent stay.

I had a single room and it also had a small kitchenette. The room was very clean. I liked the balcony.

Some furniture on the balcony would have been a nice addition.

Overall Ok, breakfast needs going back to old days - pre Covid days

I have been staying here for many years. The breakfast used to really good, but the quality, dishes, and quantify has declined.

Totally unsatisfied

Uncomfortable bed. I asked for a double bed way in advance, they gave me two single mattresses just put besides, neither well attached. Totally impossibile for a couple to sleep! On top of that, the room heating was extremely low. We were freezing out of the bed.

Convenient location for visiting Bonn. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Spacious accommodation, well placed for easy access by train into the centre of Bonn. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Although a slightly strange mixture of residential and tourist accommodation that didn’t detract from the experience. On-site parking available for a fee but plenty of free road parking spaces. Decent breakfast available at a fair price.

Really enjoyable and the underground parking was great and gave great accessibility to hotel rooms.

Breakfast was good and a great choice of fresh produce. Being English I would’ve loved the option of a toaster and sliced bread.. It was good value for money and would stay here again.

I thought we would have a kettle in the room and so took extra tea, coffee and milk. We had a fridge but no kettle. This however was rectified the following morning.
