Der Service am Gast passt nicht.

Das Frühstück war nicht spektakulär, aber ausreichend. Leider waren an einem Tag etliche Schmeißmücken unterwegs und die Wurstauslage verfärbt vom Licht.

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption. Wir besuchten die Festspiele. Der Junge Mann konnte sich mit Mühe von seinem PC losreisen und war erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bereit, die öffentliche Anreise rauszusuchen. Bei Temperaturen von 30 ° wäre es für 4 Sterne dienlich, wenn ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre. Das Hotel bietet den Festspielbesuchern ein Getränkebuffet an , ab 23:30 in Ermangelung einer Bar. Wir kamen bereits um 22:30. Es waren 2 wichtig erscheinende Personen vor Ort, aber zu Trinken bekamen wir nichts. Erst später, dabei wäre es eine Kleinigkeit gewesen, 2 Bier aus dem Tresen zu holen. Hier hätten wir dann auch unsere Abendzeit in einer Bar im Ort verbringen können.

die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit war sehr in Ordnung

beim Frühstück wurde mir das Teller einfach weggenommen und wurde nicht gefragt ob ich es noch benötige! am Zimmer wurde. das Handtuch getauscht obwohl es nicht am Boden lag und nur einmal benutzt wurde

Big room on the ground floor with green patio with partly Mountain View (we stayed in Krone Villa part of the hotel). Rich breakfast with large selection of different ingredients.

no air conditioning, a little bit noisy, no sockets next to the bed, unnecessary complicated lighting control in the room. We found a cockroach in the bathroom

Pleasant one night stay

Interior decoration very high quality and sled. Breakfast had everything one needed. Reception was forthcoming at checkin.

Good stay, good breakfast, great parking.

I stayed overnight with my family to break up a long drive. We selected Dornbirn as a location because of its proximity to our route, and services we care about nearby (the phenomenal Vegan Burger restaurant very short walking distance from Hotel Krone). The hotel was dated in some ways, but everything worked as expected, and it was comfortable! Breakfast was really good (with good vegan options), though it closed at 9am, and we barely made it. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and patient, despite my poor German (I did not ask them to speak English, so I'm not sure if that would have been an option). The parking lot was very convenient, right next to the hotel, with many large spaces (no problem to park our large station wagon which we often have problems parking).

The glasses provided in the room were not very clean.

Superb

Special thanks to the staff as they are very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. The selection is just right but the quality's good. Love the scrambled eggs as they are pluffy and creamy, this normally is one of the easiest thing that a breakfast buffet can butcher. So this says a lot about the food quality They do pay attention to detail/cleanliness and this more than supersedes the a bit dated interior that they have to work on. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
