This is by no means a 5 star hotel, first time ever disappointed with Booking.

The location was just where I needed to be.

I only booked the property because of the pool and the pool was not open tell summer. Although three other hotels that i booked all had outside pools open . Completely disappointed, would never had stayed here. To top it of you could hear people in the bathroom next door blowing there nose.

Vou procurar outra acomodação na proxima viagem.

A localização.

O café da manhã, muito repetititvo, porém, o bacon que é que mais gosto deixou de ser servido todos os dias. O hotel está muito descuidado, precisa fazer a manutençao do papel de parede, a aparencia do elevador. Faltavam itens de comodidades no banheiro, listados na divulgação do hotel.

Buena experiencia, sin embargo, me parece muy caro.

La ubicacion en tanto a locacion esta muy bien, sin embargo, la zona no es la mas segura. La cama es muy cómoda y siento que los servicios de despertador o de articulos de higiene extras son muy buenos.

La iluminación del baño no me gustó, la luz es amarilla y tenue, muy desde arriba del espejo, está bien para bañarse relajado, pero para aquellas que necesitamos arreglarnos el pelo o maquillarnos es muy malo. Una luz blanca (no fría, sino intermedia) sería mucho mas favorable. Los cuartos no son tan aislantes en cuanto al sonido, pero creo que también corrí con mala suerte de tener vecinos ruidosos en medio de la madrugada. Creo que el hotel es bueno, pero no me parece que valga lo que pagué, el hotel en sí es viejo, no que sea algo malo, pero las habitaciones no creo que tengan tantas cosas como para cobrar lo que cobran. Volvería a ir si los precios bajaran.

A well-located but very run down property.

Location

Falling apart - no maintenance, everything crumbling. Once would have been a good hotel, but has been neglected for years. Lousy plumbing, hopeless air conditioning (we just gave up on it and opened the windows), peeling paint, worn out furniture and fittings.

No le llamaría hotel 5 estrellas, te esperas otra cosa...

No usamos el desayuno ya que la reserva era sin desayuno, la ubicación muy bien, siempre busco en el microcentro, la limpieza de la habitación estaba muy bien. El baño super chico para un hotel 5 estrellas.

No me gusto que reserve un alojamiento pensando que era 5 estrellas como dice, y la verdad es que capaz en su momento lo fue, ahora es un hotel 3 estrellas antiguo.

Godt, dog uden pool

Generelt, var det et godt ophold. Personalet var meget venlig, rengøring var også godt.

Jeg havde valgt hotellet pga poolen, men det viste sig at den var lukket, og det var ret skuffende. Selve værelset var endelig fin, ren, men også rimelig gammel.

Do Café da Manhã, localização do hotel e do atendimento, equipe providenciou algumas de nossas solicitações, inclusive para reservas em shows e deslocamentos na cidade.

De não ter estacionamento como solicitei. Tive de me virar em arrumar um estacionamento pq o que estava conveniado com o Hotel fechava para manutenção no dia 31/12 e só reabriria 10 dias depois. Me vi com um problemão logo na chegada. E achar estacionamento no último dia do ano não foi fácil. O Hotel foi uma decepção na questão da piscina e do quarto, antigo e sem manutenção. Não condiz com as imagens da internet.

NAO ME HOSPEDARIA MAIS!

Nao tomei cafe da manha no hotel. Achei o hotel aparencia boa, mas a receptividade nao gostei. No dia 31/12 nao informaram sobre o restaurante, que só fez o jantar para quem reservou. Nao sabiamos que precisava reservar.

O quarto pequeno, uma banheira bem antiga, achei que era uma hidro no quarto, mas eles nao tem Hidro.

actually nothing!

it's a super rundown place... everything is old, dirty, moldy (the gym for example). the rooms were old, all the walls where super dirty or broken... wifi was not working properly. i don't know how this place is considerd as 5 star prestige hotel of the world!!!!!

A 3 stars hotel (not 4, not 5). Outdated facilities. No internet in the room. Nice service.

Nice staff. Friendly and committed to solve the problems.

No internet in the rooms, needed to go down to the lobby. VERY Outdated (carpets, painting, heating and cooling system). Bathroom was just ok. The hotel is listed as 5 stars in Booking. It's not. It's a 3 stars.

It is a good location within walking distance of the centre. An older hotel with character.

The hotel is old and a bit tired. The restaurant was not opened during our stay, the advert said it was a good place to eat but we never got the opportunity to try.I was always shut and dark even in the bar.

i asked for boiled eggs for breakfast they managed to do that, apart from that the food and coffee was not good.

the hotel is extremely old, maybe it was very good back in the day but, it does need refurbishing i guess. it was bac but it wasn't good either.
