wszystko bylo super,sniadania znakomite obsługa ujmująca,kompetentna,przemiła,zawsze potrafiła celujaca doradzić,bardzo pomocna,obiekt hotelowy z "duszą",wypoczywalo sie znakomicie-polecam z calego serca pobyt uwazam za bardzo udany

wszystko było OK,nie mam zastrzezeń co do pracy obslugi hotelu,zawsze byli na miejscu i dostepni

- 버스 터미널, 시내버스 정류장과 가까운 위치여서 이동이 편리함. - 생수 2병 제공됨. (한 병은 탄산수) - 조식 장소가 예쁨.

- 욕실 내 샤워실이 오래되고, 청결이 아쉬움. 샤워하는 데에 큰 지장은 없으나, 문틀이나 바닥 구석의 검은 곰팡이가 거슬림. - 욕실 내 선반이 없어서 개인 세안 도구들을 놔둘 데가 없음. - facial tissue 없음

A pleasant hotel in Catania near central station and close to the major sites

We had a large double room with two balconies, with an open view towards the sea. The room was decorated in a “Belle Epoque” style including a painted ceiling with cherubs. The room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and good shower with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the sunny courtyard garden as a place to take breakfast. The breakfast included the typical fare, plus scrambled and boiled eggs - it was basic but more than sufficient. The hotel is close to the central station and about a 15 minute walk to the main Catania sites such as the Duomo , fish market and many restaurant choices. The hotel looked a little scruffy from outside, but the interior decor was fine and in good order. The reception “capo”, Francesco, was very helpful and engaging, and the other staff pleasant. Would be happy to stay again - we thought it good value for money.

Die Lage ist nah am Bahnhof und am Busbahnhof. Der check-in lief super entspannt. Das Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück war ansprechend.

Das Zimmer wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

We liked everything about this property. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is a charming older building close to the train station and an easy walk to some of the historic sites. Breakfast was plentiful and varied- it offered cereal, yogurt, olives, ham, etc. the coffee was good.

Nothing, except the lady at the breakfast bar.

The hotel is not like in photos. Is very outdated, extremely dirty, white dust in the carpets, stains, smell is very bad. The bed and the sheets, pillow are of a very low quality; the bed is not comfy. The smell of the dust is everywhere. Location is not in the city center how it is written, its about 1.4km. Not value for money compared to other options in the city.

The room was fantastic. It was very large and it also had a very nice desk, it was perfect since I also had to do some work. The view from the room was very nice, too.

wished we stayed longer

The staff were very kind and helpful. the room had the charm of the old but updated with new amenities! the best of both worlds

We didn’t realize we could take a taxi most of the way to the hotel. I suggest letting the hotel order one for your arrival. taking suitcases on the cobbled streets was a challenge.

Very good

I liked the corridors and the outside pation area very much, also the breakfast was amazing, there were a big variety of chooses, also the staff was pretty okay i guess they gave me very mixed feelings so i can't say for sure, but they did their job helped me and answered all my questions so that's the most important, also the location is amazing its only 10 min away from via etna a main road with the view towards the mountain. Overall a nice place to stay. i would come back again to them:)

Didn't liked the bathroom it's pretty old, and the shower head with the mercedes sign just kiled me😂😂😂 although it's okay for a shower and it was clean.

I absolutely do not recommend!! The hotel is neglected, the staircases dirty, and the interior of the hotel room does not reflect the photos on Booking.com in the slightest! There is mold on the bathroom ceiling! The carpet in the stairwell is not attached which is very dangerous! The service at the front desk is the worst. Especially one of the gentlemen who either deals with his private matters on the phone and tells customers to wait, or sleeps on the sofa in the hotel waiting room. Choose another hotel for this price! A hotel where the host will appreciate your choice!

Absolutely fantastic, would definitely come again

The breakfast had lots of options, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was beautiful and the hotel is in a very convenient location if you travel by train.

We couldn't seem to get the Aircon to work very well

It is a decent hotel, but I think the rating is too high for what it offers.

The sink was clogged when we arrived, nobody came to fix it, even though we told the receptionist about the problem. The furniture is a bit old.

really beautiful terrace and good breakfast, but too pricey for quality of rooms

the breakfast was against all reviews absolutely good for italian experience. Italians just don’t eat so much for breakfast, but this one was more than good! and the bathroom was super nice, big shower. we were even able to have the breakfast outside in the inner garden and that was magical! super nice. 10/10 for the inner Garden.

it started with the reception. it was an ok greeting, but we felt like, we were interrupting the receptionist. when I entered the room, it was nothing like the room I booked on the fotos. it was cold and all the furniture was ikea. no charm, really. we booked this hotel as an ending of a really intense road trip and wanted to end it in a luxurious way. nothing luxurious about the hotel somehow. and the street it was located in, was also really dirty. nothing to do with the hotel, but we were just really surprised. also, when we came down to the breakfast, I had to tell the lady 3 times our room number because she was 100% sure, our room didn’t even exist. if I compare this 3 star hotel to the 4 others we had before that, it was one of the worst for the price actually unfortunately. but maybe we were just in bad luck this time.

perfect for connections

proximity to the train station - 3 min walk, 10 min walk to the city centre, 15 min taxi ride to the airport pretty inner courtyard for breakfasts, lovely historical decor and design features of communal areas late check in available - after 23.00 spacious rooms/ bathrooms

tired and dated room Barron tiled room had a hospital feel, however very spacious! housekeeping missed a cover on a duvet - too late at night to request one from anyone.
