Falta de empatía por parte de la Sra. Encargada

El trato de la Sra. persona desagradable nos explica todas las condiciones del alojamiento en su perfecto italiano y se da cuenta que no la entendemos pero ella pasa, también estaba un Sr. que si nos entendía y se sabe expresar en español tuvo toda la intención de ayudarnos pero lamentablemente quien nos atendía era la Sra. solicitamos si pueden llamar a un taxi ya que al día siguiente salíamos muy pronto ( 5.00 am) y otra vez la señora se negó limitándose a darnos una tarjeta de taxi, igual nosotras lo intentamos de hacerlo por nuestra cuenta pero las dos empresas de Taxi de la zona no aceptaron por la hora del servicio era de madrugada, solo nos quedó cambiar nuestro viaje , que falta de empatía con por parte de la Sra. Solo se limita a su trabajo como hotelera . Importante si te hospedas en Marzia Florencia Check limitado solo acepta hasta las 20.00 Si tus vuelos son de madrugada no encuentras taxi Con pequeños gestos de empatía podemos mejorar aún más nuestro trabajo y así brindar un servicio de calidad y atención al cliente

We stayed at Hotel Marzia for one night with a group of friends and it was the perfect stay! We were just a short walkin

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of transportation to Florence. It was super clean and updated.

On a side street which made it difficult to locate, but did have a big private parking lot for rental.

Good value for money, not ideal location.

Very good breakfast (they make good cappucino), clean rooms, working air conditioning, big parking space.

Not ideal location for discovering Florence - you need to go to tram approx. 1,5 km (15 min walking) which drives you to the centre.

If you don't drive this is not the place to stay

Breakfast was ok. Location is very bad if you don't have a car. Very difficult to get taxis you can be stranded. The gentleman at reception was very nice, he dropped me to the tram station as could not get a taxi. Food is not available at the hotel & only one restaurant outside with no choice.

Only one restaurant in the area. Taxis difficult to get, if you are stranded out late.

The terrace when you can have your breakfast or stay during the evening

Position, staff ( the lady in charge with the breakfast was rude when i kindly asked for a coffee. she just left the coffee in the breakfast room without bringing it to the table when i was sitting.) The hair dryer was 200 years old. i have never seen one like this before.. it wasn’t a normal one, but a fixed one to the wall with a tube and it only worked when the tube was pulled :)))

Decent price/quality, but bad experience with connecting door to neighbours.

It felt like a safe place and well organized.

The floor was dirty when i came in, i wiped my finger on the floor and i had dust on my finger. I also got a splinter from walking on bare feet; since then i always wore flipflops inside. The second night it was clean though. The worst thing is that you can get a room with a connecting door to a different room. This is just a wooden door and my neighbours were pretty loud and i could hear everything from them. They also had a kid who thought it was fun to keep trying to open the door which made it seem like someone was about the walk in to my room constantly.

Nice transit hotel

Good value for money! A good transit hotel with clean rooms and a lot of parking spaces. Our room faced the parking lot so it was quiet. The bed was not very comfy but we managed. Bus station is very close.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and they only gave you some limited options you could choose from. They showed us a list of things and we needed to write down what we wanted. We refused to eat there.
