We felt very disappointed.

The family room was quite big, good size for a family stay.

First of all when we walked into the Four Season Place, Pattaya the reception area where we checked in, it was hot, no air conditioner on for guests who arrived and the hotel staff had poor hotel staff uniform on when it rated as a 4 star hotel on the website! The hotel looks poor and need a lot of maintainian. The pool looked very dirty, not very healthy to swim and we had to complain about the hygiene of the pool. :-( The hotel looked poorly and very old, it need a lot of maintenance to be a 4 star hotel as rated on the website. We feel this hotel was a very poor 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel. We as a guest were misleading on the website when we booked online. We felt very disappointed to stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet area was hot, no air conditioner was on at all! The breakfast was very basic, no coffee machine for guests to choose to have a latte or cappuccino etc. but a coffee pot which tasted horrible. There were flies in the room flying around as well, shockingly! We as guests felt how dirty to sit in and had breakfast with flies were flying around us and with no AC on at all. It's hot and very uncomfortable and we felt how poorly this 4 star hotel as rated was. Also the hotel searved "margarine" rather than "butter" It cheaps and not very healthy for guest to eat. We felt it poorly at breakfast and the hotel doesn't have a proper hotel toaster for guests to use but a small cheap toaster that not fit to use in a hotel. The hotel Wi-Fi internet was VERY POOR as well. The television in the room was also old and the screen was not very clear either. Not pleasant to watch tv with an unclear screen! The hotel location was not closed to any Pattaya attractions. We as guest needed to call a taxi to go to any where, we could walk to the beach but it was a long way walk.

Mistake of booking this place, definitely not suitable for family. probably who is ok for adjusting and staying in filth

Nothing, just the location is ok.

1. Rooms a very bad and stuffy 2. Outdated furniture that stinks 😷 3. Dirty bathrooms 4. The maintenance staff in the night just used the master key and batten in to the room for some electrical repair work without ringing the bell or knocking the door. 5. the food was very very mediocre.

Good value for money

Free Upgrade, the room was much bigger and comfortable than expected. Had a fantastic kitchen facility, but i chose not to use. Very close to pubs and restaurants, markets. Great location. Had an initial problem but sorted swiftly. I would stay again.

Good, but needs improvement.

The room s are great.......and big, but some rooms ((family suite with single beds, air con did not work and when you have kids from a cold climate with out air con was not good. How ever the hotel did change rooms for us. **another problem when travelling with kids make sure the pool is not under maintenance. 2 days with no pool the kids were upset. The kitchen staff was excellent and give that man a raise. front reception:- if you dont like your job then dont do it and get another, as a family paying a lot of money for this hotel we want a good atmosphere , the receptionist did not. So bad my kids went out the back entrance as did not want to see or speak to front receptionist.

Receptionist staff need to be more friendly The pool needs to be better maintained place needs a lick of paint maybe the owners could try and upgrade or put money into this hotel.

Amazing hotel

The room size was good.. the rooms were clean, very comfortable, well lit and spacious. We travelled with kids and kids had a lot of room to move around. The hotel met my expectations in terms of the room size. A microwave, hot plate and descent size refrigerator was also there. Hence it is suitable for travelers staying longer. Rooms also have spacious cabinets.

There was no staff at the reception for some time in the morning. The phones in our rooms were not working. We arrived at late noon and there was no food at the hotel. We were suggested to eat from outside the hotel. However, one cannot be this flexible if they are traveling with kids. This is the only reason I have give 8 instead of 10 to the hotel. Everything else was good. Breakfast was there at the hotel. But we did not opt for it as we weren't sure if it would be available as a day before we could get no food. So we decided on having breakfast outside as well.

Very good

Really good location, with everything you need. Great sized rooms and a nice pool area and gym. Staff where really nice and hard working.

WiFi is very poor, and its a hotel that needs a refurbishment...The renaissance style decor looks opulant, but its showing its age ( and tough for housekeeping to keep clean)

Spacious rooms but not good cleaning and maintenance for the moment.

This has been one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya. The cleaning is now under all criticism. You will find used facemask forgotten, the shower area has not been cleaned since the last guest. They forget to refill with towels and toilet paper. Purely careless. Some things are also broken in the hotel room. TV sets are missing, cabinet doors in the kitchen are loose. Big plus that you can make your own food in the rooms. Kitchen equipment varies greatly between the different rooms because they do not control. Understand that it has been a very difficult time during the Corona pandemic, but now that guests are starting to return and they need to improve. The restaurant only served breakfast, not lunch or dinner. Sorry for my opinion but right now is the truth. If you like spacious rooms, this is the hotel! I have stayed in all the different rooms the offer. Last time now I stay in Grande suite who have to seperate bedrooms and 3 toilets and stayed also in the one room bedrooms. All rooms are bigger then must in the area. For easy transport let the reception order taxi or use Grab app or motorbike taxi outside at 7 eleven.

Good hotel not maintained

The room size is great and in a quiet location central to most places. Housekeeping keep the property very clean despite the age of the property.

The hotel is run down. Beds are old and extremely uncomfortable . The air conditioning is undersized for the rooms and run 24/7 with no great effect to reach under 26 degrees

Location perfect nice and quiet and yet only 5 to 10 mins walk from everything.breakfast could be better is my only gripe. 5 mins walk to soi buckcow cheap Charlie's does a brilliant breakfast. Cleaners were brilliant suite was always perfect, air conditioning very good.
