Ruim appartement op top locatie

De grootte van het appartement. Top locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de Marina. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en was altijd bereid om te helpen. Het was voor ons de tweede keer dat we hier verbleven. Wij waren hier nl. elf jaar geleden ook al geweest. En wij hadden wederom een heerlijk verblijf!

Omdat we hier 11 jaar geleden ook al waren geweest konden we vergelijken. Het viel op dat in het appartement de badkamers en keuken nog precies hetzelfde waren. Deze kunnen nu wel een kleine update/renovatie gebruiken. Maar ondanks dat was het wel clean.

Perfect location for our holiday needs. I would highly recommend the Marina Hotel apartments

Beds were very comfortable, great location, staff were very friendly and helpful esp. the security person at the front door.

Shower in one bathroom took 2 minutes to heat up which was a bit annoying but that was the only minor issue I had.

Great apartment, would stay here again. Good value for money

Location was fabulous, close to public transport, restaurants, water view. Apartment was very spacious, 2 bathrooms was fantastic! Air conditioning worked too well!

Apartment was a little tired, did have a musty odour to it.

Wonderful stay in a stunning city

Apartments were clean and spacious and were cleaned every day. Location was perfect. The marina is a stunning area and so easy to access all the sights. Dubai is such a huge city that the sights need to be accessed by transport but the hotel is well placed by the metro and taxis are very cheap here. The staff were always so nice and helpful.

Loved our stay, will be going back for sure. Would highly recommend for family and friends.

Location was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Apartments was amazing and great value. The view from the balcony is of the marina and it has a great pool.

Only thing was the shower head in the master bathroom was very low

Good location. the Metro is nearby. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. personnel at the reception are very friendly and polite.

Higher expectations always lead to disappointment..

I liked the hospitality of the staff there. They were kind enough for early check in . when we reached we were upgraded to three bedroom but only on the first floor whereas we could see the hotel empty. The staff always greets you with a smile that was appreciable.

Firstly the electrical points were not in a working condition, the geyser was not working also toaster point was not working so I have to shift the toaster in the room. Secondly the day we were checking out the person suddenly enters our room for inspection and out of nowhere he picks a towel kept in the kitchen, kept by me as i did kitchen chores and there was no towel/cloth/duster in the kitchen and charged 40 dirhams for "A HAND TOWEL"????? Is this a joke Paying Rs1000 in our Indian Rupee for a hand towel? It just had a little small stains of the ketchup my kid wiped his hand and they took advantage at that particular time of checkout and charged us for it because they know we have to catch a flight and wont argue. Overall the stay was not pleasant for us, although the location was good but we didn't cherished the stay.
