1) Polite and Courteous Staff 2) Delicious Breakfast Offer 3) The Suite Room provides plenty of facilities

1) Lack of coordination between staff 2) Issues with AC cooling of the Deluxe Room; AC remote malfunctioned 3) Issue with Electronic Door Lock of the Suite Room, but was eventually repaired 4) The mini-refrigerator of the Suite Room was malfunctioning. 5) Wifi configuration was reset everyday

Overall a good place to stay at the strategic location close to town & park street

Overall everything and the way their lady General Manager deals with the customers

The separate apartments ahead of hotel and the first guy who received me on 10th March morning at the reception was just didn't wanted to hear my little early arrival because of last minute flight change. He sounded so harsh and literally turning away me from the hotel where i suppose to stay more then a week.

Convenient location, staff were very cooperative and cordial. Treated us with immense respect and accommodated our concerns.

nothing specific. I think they can improve on the food menu and provide more options for selection. Kolkata is known for its rich food delicacies and getting the chance to savor some of its tastes at the comfort of the hotel would be nice.

Very Nice stay !

Very Nice and comfortable. The bed was perfect and the shower was amazing. The staff was very helpful ! spécial Thanks to Babu !

Value-for-money hotel… Great Staff, especially the one we all call Babu bhaiya

Things I liked about this property were the excellent location, hospitable staff, value for money and most important of all - the one and only Babu bhaiya, who would go beyond the call of duty to make my stay as comfortable as can be. Of I had any problem during my stay, I could make a request at any time to him and he would immediately do the needful and always with a smile. Hats off to him and all the other staff (front desk, security, etc) as well… as this is one place where the hotel team is exemplary in its customer service.

The property needs a bit of renewal as wear and tear is catching up as time passes

The manager is a fraud, they charged more than 6000 for two nights and took us to a nearby old build

Absolutely fraudulent. Room was dusty. Took us to a different nearby guest house instead of giving rooms in the hotel.

Rooms are very small and is not as its shown in the advertisement, and mattress looked quite old fashioned not worth of money there was not any towel in the room and washroom was even quite small not worth of money they charged.
