Personale molto gentile, struttura pulita e colazione abbastanza varia

La struttura non è recente, ci sarebbero diverse cose da migliorare sia nelle camere che in generale nell'hotel. Bel complesso non mi lamento, dato il prezzo che ho trovato in agosto..

Un breve ma piacevole soggiorno

Personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile; visto che avevano la possibilità, ci hanno lasciato il servizio spiaggia gratuitamente anche il giorno della partenza. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera con l'aria condizionata già accesa e quindi piacevolmente fresca. Posizione comoda alla spiaggia e a pochi passi da un market.

Supervriendelijk man achter de bali. Basic maar lekker ontbijtbuffet. Gratis parking achter het hotel.

Zeer slechte geluidsisolatie. Airconditioning werkte niet.

Onestamente ho messo questa valutazione come "neutra" poiché non abbiamo potuto alloggiare nella stanza prenotata, perché il bagno era allagato. Comunque lo Staff ci ha prenotato al momento una stanza in un altro Hotel a due passi con tutto pagato, quindi buon servizio.

wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

Strand war sehr schön! Zimmer klein, aber sehr sauber!

beim Frühstück gab es teilweise hartes Brot (vom Vortag) und ab 9.00 h wurden weder Wurst noch Käse nachgereicht! (obwohl Frühstück bis 9.30 h!)

Tourist resort, with tourist attractions, what else to say?

Check-in, check-out. They reacted quickly about complainces.

Room was pretty small for two, but I admit it is because of tourist resort. Room was prepared with one double bed instead of two single beds. Cleanup could have been done more thoroughly.

Exceptional

Very nice homely atmosphere, all staff were excellent, easily approachable & accomodating. Food was fresh, tasty, home cooked & great service in the restaurant. Would definitely revisit. It's a bit rustic here & there but the good staff, cleanliness & location of the hotel make the stay comfortable. Only a short walk to the beach with beds & umbrella provided. Reception staff were always friendly & helpful.

Cleanliness was great, the staff changed towels every single day, even if we hung them and still intended to use further. The Caucasian staff (only!) was excellent, kind, friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile. Location is also great, free sunbeds and "sunbrella" with table at the beach. Oh, and they had flat TVs, not the old ugly box TVs that were featured in the photos, thanks Buddha!

No fridge in the room, they didn't have any fridges to provide even for a surcharge, although the staff was happy to put any of our things in the fridge at the front desk, it helped a lot to make our stay more comfortable. Another super negative thing was the lack of electric outlets in ghe room, there were two in the bathroom and that all, not tp count the single one reserved for the TV in the room. Breakfast was very poor! The arabic night shift guy was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, he should not get any job in hospitality industry!!

Hotel was close to the beach, just a few meters. Location was very nice and convenient, a lot of stores and tasteful restaurants. Hotel was clean, personnel was friendly, you can easily agree on everything.

Only thing was a bit problematic - room was very tiny. But it was enough for short stay.

Staff on reception were very friendly.

Air conditioning didn't work effectively, thermostat didn't correspond to temperature that blew out. No tea/coffee making facilities, no fridge. The water feature in the kids pool was not on/working and very sharp tiles in the bottom of the pool that cut the children's feet.

Exceptional

The rooms were comfortable, clean and good size. We had a fantastic balcony. The swimming.pool was exellent with views of the surroundings and close to the beach. Must congratulate all the staff, after all the problems of the past couple of years they were smiling and welcoming. Thank you

You couldn't always connect to the wifi, but sometimes thats good.

Ok Hotel for a short stay

Nice room with a small balcony. Friendly staff and very close to the beach and a small supermarket. The pool on the roof was nice too.

A little outdated in some areas. There is very old carpet in the staircase that does might have some stories to tell ;)
