Well, well... it's a budget hotel, ain't it? Thus said, its almost good (see below).
Food - ok. Mostly chicken/turkey and sometimes fish, but once in 3 weeks there was real tasty lamb (probably there was some food expection that day, lol).
And did I say 3 weeks - yes, we stayed 3 weeks. We booked 13 nights first, then we okayed it and booked other 8 nights.
Beach - nearby. There is a shuttle 4 times in a day, not very suitable times but yet - all budget hotels are the same in this sense. BUT - it's really close to the beach - like 15 minutes walk so we returned late by feet. And the beach is really ok - you feel like a king on their beach with just 2/3 rows of sunbeds (they only started to do 3rd row by the end of October) and a lot of spaces between the beds, looking onto neighbour beaches from 4* stars - overcrowded as expected. And it's real sand beach with a good approach to the sea, no pebbles under your feet.
Well, their main weak point is cleaning. They do "cleaning" daily but it's NOT perfect. Like, when you move a bed to join them you can find somebody's panties there (along with some other rubbish). I agree it may happen in 4* hotels as well, but there you don't expect it and here you are kind of expecting this. They change towels, change sheets each 3 days, all this happens. But yet you feel sand everywhere - on the floor and in the bed - seems it comes from covers.
Honestly, if they would raise their prices on 10% and fixed this - this would be a very good budget hotel.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful, even got us discounted trips where others were taking bug commissions

Yemekleri kötü değil kötünün de kötüsü hep birbirini tekrarlayan hazır yemekler kaldığım 1 haftanın 4 5 günü bulgur bezelye ve çok kötü kokan bir balık. Çalışanların düzgünlüğü dışında güzel diyebileceğim bir şey yok tekrar gider miyim sanmıyorum.

Clean, comfortable, extremely friendly staff, great pools, really good value for money. Close to the beach. Loads of free sun beds and umbrellas at the beach and free drinks. Manager went above and beyond! Walking distance to old Side and lots of restaurants! Aircon worked very well-Highly recommended!
Few things didn’t work- washing machine/ toaster but the things they could replace they did very quickly. Things are a bit worn eg marks on the sofa/ door frame in bathroom but honestly it didn’t reduce our comfort and so reasonably priced with such genuinely lovely staff that you barely notice

3. See is not far a way and good beach, and there is a bar from the hotel on the beach which make it easy to have some drinks in the very hot summer days,
4. Bath on the beach so we can take a bath from the salts before walking back to hotel.

3. second bedroom doesn't have air conditions, so all my family went to sleep on the main living room to sleep under the air condition.
4. WiFi connection is very very slow, we cannot even do a check-in to our trip.

cozy apartments with all amenities. Has its own kitchen if you want to cook your own food. but in the lobby of the apart hotel there is an inexpensive cafe with delicious food.

Good location, big apartments and balconies. Cheap. Overall a good stay. Did not try the breakfast.
They still had not cleaned the apartment after 4 days even though we saw the cleaning staff several times, including in the apartment beside ours. We had to ask for cleaning and they did it the day after.

White towels and bedclothes with old stains (washed though), problems with water in the late evening (e.g. didn’t have hot water in the shower). very old appliances (quite noisy air conditioning), unsafe door lock, poor breakfast

good location and beach near by, also shuttle bus running every 2 hours x4 times a day. staff was friendly but struggled with English so communication was difficult occasionally. the manager was the only one that spoke fluently. the spa treatment (Turkish massage) offered was first class and on a great price, would recommend. airport transfer was good, very prompt and helpful driver.
mould growing between tiles in the shower, food was repetitive - watermelon was the only fruit offered. at times plates and cutlery were insufficient so you had to wait for clean ones to be brought out. the coffee from the machines was awful.

We are four friends and stayed (again) for one night while passing through Side. Most important selling points for us are that the hotelnis located outside of town and cheap. If you are looking for that, Irem Garden is a good, comffortable and clean (not necessarily cozy or beautiful) choice. We didn‘t have breakfast here.
The path from the reception to the room smells strongly of cat urine. Last tome we had an unusable shower (boiling hot or ice-cold), this time a more modern bathroom and working shower.

Door was closed when we reach the hotel at 8.pm after 10 minutes an old man came by motorcycle. he was so rude and he used dirty words in Turkish.it was most horrible hotel we stayed.

Friendly staff and a good apartment for our one night stay. Enough space to fit 6 adults, and clean. Good value for the money.
We booked one night with breakfast, but were told that breakfast was not possible when we arrived (got a reduced price, but still). The rooms were very cold and the blankets not warm enough for a winter stay. The temperature of the water in the shower could not be adjusted very well, and I ended up not showering before freezing or burning myself.

We went there to celebrate my sister’s birthday and as they were aware of the occasion they decorated the beds with nice flowers, put balloons in the apartment. There were fresh fruits and cold water waiting for us in the fridge. It was a really nice gesture and we felt welcome the moment we entered the apartment. Everything was clean. The pool was nice, clean and fresh. The beach was 15 min and the city centre was 30 minutes walking distance.
We were very disappointed about the hygiene when we went to have breakfast. All the plates were poorly washed, they all had food remains. I think they are washed by hand without any attention. The breakfast hall as whole did not look clean. Hygiene has to be if not the most, one of the most important things in the hospitality industry and especially during pandemic the attention to keeping everything clean is a must. There were maybe 5 people “working” at the hotel restaurant but all we saw was them joking around with each other instead of cleaning the dishes, asking guests if they need anything. We asked the hotel if we could get a refund for the next day’s breakfast back so that we could eat in peace the next day. They told us they would talk to the restaurant manager to improve the hygiene but the next day it was basically the same thing. Therefore my suggestion is definitely BOOK WITHOUT BREAKFAST OR DINNER!
