Very nice area of Turkey

Very nice hotel, good location although not on first line but very short walk to the beach. Staff very polite and friendly, food was plenty and the variety of the fruits and vegetables for winter month was amazing. Lavinia coffee area was our favorite- very nice coffee. Pool area is big and clean, inside pool is big too and hamam and spa area nice and clean. The hole area is beautiful with plenty pathways for running ,walking or just sitting on a bench and admiring the views.

The bed and the pillows was not comfortable and the air-conditioning in the second room was not working.

Fajny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, miła obsługa, czysto i przyjemnie. Uczciwe cztery gwiazdki, na pewno nie pięć.

Jedzenie niezłe, ale smaki monotonne. W kółko to samo. Po tygodniu trudno znaleźć coś ciekawego do jedzenia. Niestety w zimie hotel jest słabo ogrzewany i nic z tym nie da się zrobić.

Good inclusive hotel worth the value you pay for

Staff was friendly and let us have lunch while waiting for our check in to be finished. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many food choices throughout the day and short walk to the beach. We had the option from the Animators to go out and party at the Old Town which was a great experience. Staff at the Spa were very nice and accommodating. If you go out of the hotel, there are many stores to go shopping.

Alcohol included was not good quality - I suggest that in the future, they put an option for guests to pay extra to get better drinks. A bit of waiting as sometimes there's no table for big groups when the special food offered outside.

Smart looking three star hotel with a five star label

Very clean and well kept pool, most staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, choice of drinks was OK even though the quality was only fair at best

Service from some staff was not friendly, food average, wines were seriously undrinkable, pool was very cold, smoky smell near staff room in the hallways.

Definetely costs the money paid, and if you get some discount it will exceed your expectations.

During low season the hotel is not overcrowded (yet I think about 70% of rooms were populated). Staff is really helpful and speaks multiple languages. Cusine is nice and has good variety, with options for vegetarians and children. Restaraunts are open for 21 hours a day with a short break at 10AM. All inclusive includes selected alcoholic bevarages, yet the choice is reasonable and drinks quality is more than just OK.

Some facilities were not working (due to low season and weather). And some construction works were on site although it wasn't noisy at all.

Very nice place, close to the bus stop, coffee was great and delicious patisserie, good food but not much to choose after season. Nice animation.

After season is not so attractive, drinks wasn't good, just only a few to choose, cleaning rather from the outside, dishes especially glasses often dirty. Resting after Hammam in cold place - not nice. During the rain, the roof leaked, water could be found even in the elevator...

I had a good time

I love everything about the hotel. I had a really good time. I went for a short break in November I’m coming back again for sure! Thanks for making my holiday memorable Oz hotel!

I would have loved it if I had a list of all facilities and services at the hotel with their contact info and opening times during check-in. I had a list for the main restaurant and it was very helpful.

Surly staff let the hotel down badly

Food choice was plentiful and enjoyed what we had

Reception staff very rude and extremely unhelpful Most of the staff were fairly unpleasant and this hugely let the hotel down We had 2 rooms one for us a couple in their 50s the other our Kurdish boy had and we felt some animosity toward him We tried to pay for a better whisky but the portly barman in the lobby bar refused to serve it to us but management dealt with that issue This hotel will never be revisited by us Entertainment staff were lovely pool bar staff also lovely and the cleaner we had was very thorough

Avoid - food poisoning and bad customer service

The hotel looks nice, especially the reception area. It is big and we really liked that it has a variety of places (such as a patisserie, coffee place etc) - it is literally possible to eat almost 24/day there. The breakfasts were really nice. The entertainment was really good. Close to the beach with a bar.

On the second day of our stay, both my partner and I got terrible stomach problems and it was clear it was because of the food served in the hotel as we did not eat anything outside. It literally ruined our stay and another few days in Istanbul that we had planned. The hotel handled the situation really badly - we contacted the guest relation manager, Colpan, and she did not even bother to reply to our email (it has been one week already) so I think they genuinely do not care about hygiene standards or customer service. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The customer service was rather poor, many staff members were literally rude to us. The food was very blunt and I believe that they do not pay attention to the hygiene standards - therefore we got food poisoning. I do not recommend it.

Good

The sauna was great, they have both steam (though it smells funny and is only opened in the evening), dry (hot and warm) and hammam. The gym had all the necessary equipment, along with an instructor, who was willing to help with the exercises. Evening shows are good, though take care of the steps - you can't where the step ends, when the lights are off.

The hotel plan is non-existent, you have to investigate it yourself. The amenities are placed somewhat randomly around that large building, which adds extra spice when you want to find, say, the indoor pool. The pools are actually rather cold. The food has an excellent variety, but is still somewhat mediocre in quality, for the most.

I really liked the staff, all of them were very nice and friendly. One of the waiters recommended us to visit chez Lavinia and we just fell in love with those coffee drinks.

The most disappointing thing was the lack of seafood.
