A hotel nightmare.

The sunset from the restaurant was pretty nice. The staff at the restaurant seemed friendly and nice. Not much else to like about this hotel.

Here are some of the reasons you shouldn't book this "5-star" hotel. We would rank it at best 2-stars. But you certainly pay the 5-star price. 1. Despite clear signage prohibiting swimming with clothes on, families seemed to be enjoying a pool day with full attire. Repeated complaints fell on deaf ears, and the management did nothing to enforce their own rules. 2. The serenity promised by the scenic views was shattered by banging on the ceiling and walls from 8 am and forward, which, despite three complaints, continued unabated throughout our stay. 3. Our attempt to escape the cacophony in the gym was shattered by a barely functioning treadmill, making it clear that maintenance was a foreign concept here. Every corner I turned, I was greeted by dirt, as if cleanliness had been banished from the premises. 4. As if on cue, a gentleman decided that the pool area was the perfect spot for feeding crows. The birds swooped down in droves, while the staff watched on, unresponsive. 5. Upon arrival we were assigned a room without a balcony, despite having paid for one. Additionally, the power outlets near the bed were out of order, and the sheets provided covered merely half the bed, leaving the mattress exposed like a sore thumb. This, we've never witnessed on any hotel before. 6. The sight and sound of construction work by the pool were the final straw. It was evident that the comfort and peace of guests were not a priority here. 7. When we tried to check out early, initially, the management claimed a refund was totally impossible. However, when I processed a request through Booking.com and informed them, they suddenly became compliant and first said that they could upgrade us to another room, but when we said that we just wanted a refund for some of the nights we wouldn't live there they were suddenly able to refund 3 of the 5 nights we checked out early..

Great location on the beach. Excellent service . Mouthwatering food. Very cordial staff. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean.The pool are in the night looks great with the lighting in and around it. Will highly recommend for family and couples, we will visit again thankyou team The park goa again.

The hotel is located just to the beach, great ambience good music to relax at the Peace bar in the evening.. Will recommend everyone to stay at the property do visit once whenever you are traveling to Goa.

Overall its a value for money experience. Food was awesome and can be curated as per your choice.

It was a great experience while our stay at The Park, Its exceptionally best for having the direct access to the Calangute beach front. You can enjoy the leisure time with the variety of food options and comfort. Staff behavior is exceptionally good. We never get disappointed at any instance of our stay. Keep it up PARK Calangute Team.

Smelling pillows Smelling bedsheets Too strong and cheap room freshner which caused me throat allergy. Very dirty water kettle. Too much noise even from closed windows.

The location is beautiful 😍... a great place for kids also since it has access to the beach .constructed intelligently, beach followed be restaurant then swimming pool followed by the rooms. So there is no sand in rooms.

Overpriced menu , even 7 star menu was cheaper . We ordered a butter chicken with only 5 small mini bite pieces. Steam rice was 275 plus taxes 😐 . There were small cockraches in the room near the fridge area.

Location is in the beach

overhyped hotel with photoshop’d pictures. its just more of a bed and breakfast hotel and not a resort. after looking at the place i even thought of booking another property
