okay for some days

the room was not too hot and it was not on the streetfront, but by the side. good area. good massage inside hotel

the a/c is quite old and quite loud, the fridge is old and even louder, no safe in the room. they had a broken a/c next to my room which was as loud as a motorbike standing inside my roomand I could not sleep one night. besides all that, quite okay.

Superb

Very clean and comfortable room, aircon powerful, hot water good, large balcony, excellent location. The owner was so very understanding and helpful for me with some of my travel problems. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice week in Kata

Good location, quiet room at the rear, good laundry service, spacious room. The shower had good pressure. Lovely view of big Buddha. Great to have a balcony. Plenty of places to eat nearby. About 8 mins walk to the beach.

Really missed having a kettle in the room. 6 flights of stairs might be tough for some. Bed is firm (like many in Thailand).

Good location not far from beach and restaurants.

No kettle in the room to make coffee or tea in the mornings. Unsightly mess in vacant lot below my room from the motorcycle repair shop next door. Spoiled the view from the window. 5G masts on the building across the road.

Liked it a lot

Location on quite street with several good restaurants, close to the beach and main busy street of Kata. Loved our room, spaceous, with 2 balconys. Clean and looking good. Perfect for family. Very friendly cleaning staff.

Reception don't pay much attention on you, but you get used to it. Coffee/tea is availible in dining room near reception, no kettle in the room, so walky walky :) we got used to it too. No problem for us. Couldn't get wifi. Overall we loved this hotel and when staying on Kata, this is our choice.

Nice hotel for a few days!

Great location, nice staff, reasonably priced, powerful warm shower, cleaned the room everyday with fresh towels, water and sheets, big room.

The sheets had marks on them, the AC was loud & we were woke up a few times at around 7am to lots of shouting outside the room.

good stay for one overnight and beach

close to beach and center . they organized a taxi for me for early drive the airport the day before. taxi arrived on time. inexpensive for location

Clean, Cool and easy

was very spacious, nice and cool and walking distance to the beach. Also did very good price laundry service. Was great restaurants nearby, and more along the beach. The reception was very helpful and easy to talk to.

The is a bar outside on the road and on the Saturday night was party until 5am. kept us awake that night but other nights were great.

Very good

Big room with balcony. It's great value for money. Friendly staff. Motorbike rent. It's feels safe and laid back. For me it's in a great location, away from the main hustle and bustle but near some nice restaurants and only about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

For the price I can't complain.
