The house is very comfortable, it has a very nice patio and everything is very clean. The room is big, the beds are very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

House Italy is basically a hostel with a private room, unfortunately unlike hostels it smelt like an old astray where the smell is so strong I said I can’t stay, the smell is in the furniture and walls as the sheets and bedding where clean, he showed me a second room which was still unsuitable. He took me to an other basic rental with private rooms which was basic but clean and acceptable.

Very good

Very good. Our family came here for the second time because property is just 5 minutes walk away from free beach. Compared with last year's experience they added some barbeque utensils and some extra bicycles.

Last year they prepared us some nespresso capsules which is main reason to come back to this house again LOL. But we did not find any coffee this year LOL. By the way, there is Nespresso machine over there and you can bring your capsules :)

Nice location, everything needed was in the room, smart TV, comfy beds

Lovely place close to the lake and good restaurants. Easy to get to, and with private parking.

We loved the walks by the lake. The property is right in front of the railway, but the train noise was not a problem. At night it was quiet. The private rooms are arranged around a common room on each floor that also acts as a kitchen. We were alone on our floor, so it was fantastic. There are nice restaurants nearby if you want to try out local cuisine (e.g. János Vendéglő). :D

Nothing really. We were there off season, so it was super quiet and calm. Maybe a good addition would be to have more warm blankets for the bed, this year was quite cold.

House was super clean and comfortable. Everything that we need were there especially expresso 😊

Superb

The property is really good and suitable for families. It's easily accessible to many places including beach. I recommend this place for a longer stau when you visit Balaton. The staff are really nice and helpful. They even helped us in our travel and exploring near by places.

There could have been lock to the bedroom door for more privacy.

Superb

Perfect for traveling with friends. Very clean and the responsible guy was always available to help. Whatever you need, you can find it there. 4 bikes and so many other things.

Superb

The location is close to the railways, but the widows are strong so you dont hear it inside the appartment. But if you are a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Otherwise the location is great and tbe house is located in the woods/lots of greens, with the real holiday-ish touch, so really enjoyable, and you have the bbq equipments there, the water matters, so perfect for bike/water kind of holidays, and the city is nice, you can walk all way long by the lakeside. Despite the minor kitchen/wifi issues, the place is great and tidy.

The shared kitchen is small, but effective. It gets busy if 2 or 3 appartments decide to make breakfast at the same time. The cooking plates are really old and slow, so it takes a bit longer to cook your food (the water boilerer helps a lot), and the wifi was going up and down for some time. The upper appartnents have a wooden terrace, which looks great, but also it can be loud (one night the youngsters decided to dance..horrible), and one day it was raining hard, so the next morning the terrace of the appartments downstairs was all wet, so no chance of enyoing the outside terrace before the wood dries up.
