バスタブゆっくりよ

バスタブ広い　

大浴場が少し狭い　洗い場のカラン数の増加　朝食が食べたい

価格からみて期待以上でした。

価格の割に部屋が広く快適だった。掃除がいきとどいていた。　ズボンプレッサーが準備されていた。

レストラン併設だと良かった。

Good value hotel in good location

Convenient, a few blocks from train station. The station and area has many good food options.

Nothing bad, just a basic hotel, but the price was fair for it. Staff and location are great.

受付スタッフの雰囲気が良かった！浴場に色んなシャンプーが置いてあって良かった！

トイレとお風呂の部屋が、生乾き臭のような変な臭いがして臭かったです。

駅近で駐車場も近くにたくさんあり、家族旅行に使用するには良いホテル

空いている時期だったのか、最上階の部屋にして頂き眺めも良く、コーヒー、お茶のサービスなどもあり、快適に過ごせた。

大浴場のサウナが故障中（？）で使用出来なかったことは残念でした。

Basic hotel, exactly as expected

Super convenient location near Nagano Station. Room is quiet, bed is comfortable, and bathroom clean. Appreciate that they make toiletries available at the lobby instead of in the room to reduce unnecessary waste.

Always good!

It is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It is now a point of reference during my work trips to Nagano. It is clean and comfortable, great location, and the staff is friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful, the room was very comfortable and the location is great.

The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping and the main sights in town. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and with a little help from Google translate the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also having self service laundry facilities available was a good bonus.

The only issue and it was a small one, was the lack of a fan in the bathroom. So the bathroom could be quite damp after a few people had used it.

The location was great, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfy.

The water pressure for the shower could have been stronger and the water hotter.

Superb

Ambience and very clean. Staff they should learn how to speak English because there's a lot of foreign tourist.

Near to all terminals bus ang train. Near restaurant and many beautiful places to go around.

Affordable with a public bath!

The hotel had a public bath which is always a plus. They provided separate towels in the public bath area which was very convenient. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the station around 5-7 min. It is not an issue during normal weather but could be bit of a bugger if its rainy or snowing.

The alarm in the room went off at 5 in the morning which was a bit annoying. I wish they turn off the alarms during room turn over.
