Great stay

Everything was very good, nanny was arranged upon request which was great. Only the food at the Indian restaurant was disappointing 3 times we ordered there. The breakfast could be of better quality too.

It’s an excellent hotel which has been around for years a little upgrade and service training ( frontlines ) to be more

Location Nana from guest relations was excellent always checking in on us during our stay which was special.

The staff in the restaurant was extremely slow and the hotel was not busy at all… We stayed in our room but the shower stopped working while I was taking a shower and the pressure the next day was really low.. They had construction while we were there also

Great calming and very safe place, I’d definitely come back

The reception staff could be more friendly and stop condemning people! But overall, it was a great stay. Thank you for your service! And I truly appreciated it that there was a Massai Security! I hope I can come back soon.

Gorgeous alternative for work in Dar

Location is beautiful and worked for meetings I had. Great part of town. Room was spacious and amazing. Great bed, linen etc

The spa is undergoing renovations and the most insane drilling commenced Saturday at 9am.. with no notification ! Glad I didn’t have a big night the evening before

Location location! Great layout, love my room upgrade (until construction commenced- see below).

I was woken by the most unbearable drilling and banging on a Saturday for refurbishing of spa- without ANY notice.

We were given wrong rooms. This is very unprofessional.

Booked two twin rooms and were given two double rooms (without any possibility of changing). Very inconvenient.

Too much money for what you get

Staff was very friendly, good rich breakfast directly on the ocean terrace. Clean room. Nice swimming pool.

Room was very small, bathroom was so small that even the door could not be opened completely. Our first room was directly over the ventilation of the hotel/restaurant, it was very loud in the room even with closed windows, also in the night. Staff was very helpful and after one day we could change the room. We found the price much too high for what we get. There is no beach access.

beautiful sea view, great hospitality and excellent leisure facilities as well as coupled travel agency SVAI for well organized and safe safari’s and transfers. recommend it to all business people, combine work with leisure with great seaview.

Good Place , But was not very comfortable

The property was well maintained. Very Beautiful.

Every single day we were asked every other moment if we were residents despite the fact that we answered the security multiple times a day. we were constantly being told we were not allowed to be a certain areas and not take pictures, and only when we told then we stay at the hotel they said yes, this was on the 3rd day. myself and my sister were excluded, because we were walking around the facility and they seemed to only ask us. We were not dressed or behaving in a manner that indicated malicious activity or intent. As a solo travel especially black woman I would not recommend staying there as they kept eyes on us as hawks. I flew all the way from Ireland, just to enjoy Tanzania but I guess it didn’t turn out that way. I have addressed this issue with management and the security proceeded to tell us that we still were not allowed photos in the area, of which then my sister had to escalate the issue by herself. The hotel was beautiful but it became uncomfortable no more than a day later

Fantastic, highly recommend

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a late flight and they gave me a late check out. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety and delicious fresh coconut water at breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying here.

an impressive property

an excellent setting of room, spacious and comfy, i like the attention made to smallest details while making it comfortable. both restaurents are excellent, staff at cove is very friendly.

bathroom, too old and booring. it definatley need renovation.
