My stay was absolutely great😊… it was one of a kind

The property was ver good😊.. the stuff are very welcoming and charming

Poor and I would not suggest anyone books this place. It was a really horrible stay.

Nothing really. The place was poor and the service was even worse. No one really cared about us as guests and they seemed occupied downstairs watching TV. They also seemed unprepared for us when we arrived.

The service was very poor in general. The property was very dirty and the bathrooms didn't really work. The internet didn't work at all. They kept telling us they will go and load more data. None of the people at the property were helpful. We felt unwelcome.

Was a relaxing few days before my flight

Breakfast was good eggs and toast somedays with fruit. The place had air-conditioning as promised and it worked unlike other place in Dar es Salaam. It was also close to food places.

The internet was so weak to be almost not be bothered with. So had to use my phone best to top on airtime on the phone which is cheap and reliable in Dar Es Salaam.

Nice place in a good price

The air con& WiFi worked very well. It was clean, spacious and peaceful. Such a nice standard comparing to a couple hostels in Des. Really liked the breakfast, we got bread a lot of fruits and coffee.

There were not many places around to grab food from. However pretty close to the beach by Uber.

The workers were very helpful, thoughtful, welcoming, smiling. One of worker helped us to see kind of doctor. We could not eat breakfast because we needed to leave earlier than breakfast time. One of worker supposed to prepare breakfast earlier but they forgot. But they paid back for breakfast.

The location was great and very near to town.

The bathroom was not very clean and in the ceiling there were rats which made noise during the course of the entire time I was there. The lighting was also poor as some lights were not working.

I lived there because I paid already i did not get chance to move another place

Internet is very slow. I give them money to buy new router 170000 with internet I waited 3 days. After that he brings router without internet only router. After I bought recharge for internet by myself. First room there is no hot water to take a shower. Then I moved another room there is no cold water in the shower mixer. After I changed temperature on the heater 40°. Lot of mosquito in the room. The ceiling is only cement board you can hear the pigeons walking upstairs.

I hate leaving the hotel. I wished I could stay another night at itetemia

Happy home... Away from.. Home

Good n friendly staff... Good people like Kaduu mwenyewe.... Omar... Chuma cha reli.. Good reception, supportive and willing to receive clients calls even at midnight... They helped me book my room at midnight.. That was so encouraging.. Shukran guys
