You have to pay for Air Conditioning 😒

The location is the only saving grace.

Never have I been to a hotel/apartment where you had to pay for the AC to work, only 1 AC works free of charge, if you want any others to work, there is a charge of £5 a day, I was left speechless, apparently this is stated on the Bookings.com website which we totally missed, so just in case you do too, here it is, IF you read my review obviously.

Good stay

The hotel rooms were lovely, nice balcony too, very modern, bed was comfy enough. Spacious too

Having to pay extra for aircon, the rooms were boiling hot, i believe aircon should be included into the price and not paid for every night! Abit of a scam

Pleasant but cold at night

Location. Rooms were nice

It wasn't nice weather and man on reception refused us a blanket and told us to freeze!

It was good value for money.

The location and the rooms were spacious and cleaned every day.

Initially when we were checking in they tried to charge us extra for using the air-con as heating.No hot water in the bathroom taps, only in the shower.In one of our rooms that we booked there was no duvets and instead they gave thin sheets,when we requested duvets they said that we have ran out.Wi-Fi was not working up until our last day but this was not in there hands.Overall it was ok.

Dissatisfied but Club Sema staff were lovely and friendy, but full of turkish guest.

Liked and chose these apts as location and friends all live in that area. I booked through your website and they said they were fully booked no rooms

They moved me to a sister hotel Club Sema

Staff are nice and really helped every time we needed help with stuff.

Staff are nice and really helped every time we needed help with stuff. We had a little baby and needed a cot but they ran out. Manager was really good that they went and bought one for our little one with out any extra charges! we hired 3 rooms as well. Perfect for our family.

All staff were very friendly Especially Murat at the repection was amazing very helpful and humble..Great customer service skills.....Very good English too Overall the best hotel out of all my hotels in this trip... Will go again for sure

Passable

Enough space for 4 persons. Good location. Close to beach, stores, taxi. Personal was very helpful and nice.

We stayed for two nights with kids. Rooms are very smoked-filled, seems like someone before us have been smoking inside for a week. Very nosy , because our appartment had windows to the main street. For 4 persons there was only one plate, 2 spoons and 2 cups. Bed linen was clean but very worn out. Some of towels were with holes. No one answered to my question concerning transfer.
