No worth for the money paid

Morning Staff Shoukri was very helpful, nice

however the night shift guy was very rude, impolite and stubborn. I asked for bucket of ice, he refused for 2 nights to provide, Not to give his name so I can complaint about him not the willing to give the morning staff number who was very helpful. This is a hotel, means customer service should be outstanding but not with such kind of rude people.

Enjoyed stay oom was very big and comfy bed. Lovely big balcony with sea view.

Breakfast wad poor no toaster and no cereal so ate breakfast out most of the time

No facility to buy drinks at enjoyedpool other than go down stairs to a beach bar

A pleasant stay with great staff in a great location but would not book again

Location is brilliant staff are extremely helpful

Very dated hotel has lots of potential but really needs some TLC. I paid for a delux seaview room and what I was given was not the same as the pictures my view was a water park and a slight sea view with a tiny balcony not what was pictured.

Very disappionting hotel has gone down hill since last stay.

Location, view, but had to pay extra for the full sea view.

The pool area was not clean, chips on a wall that were there the whole 17 nights of our stay, food was left on tables outside from morning to night The pool area did get hosed down twice that we seen but it was at 11:00 in the morning so poeple had to move from there sun beds. Never seen the pool itself get cleaned which needed it as there was a lot of ash falling due to the forest fires. The bar in the hotel was never open.

Enjoyed our stay in marmaris Hotel need alittle attention.

Pool and location good

Bed was hard .room was very dated .Hotel looks great from outside inside very grubby stained carpets out dated decor .our stay wasnt spoilt but it let's the hotel down as it's in a nice location and as said looks lovely from outside same really .

Location

- AC is too small for the room, I had to sleep on the floor bc it was crazy hot and no way to sleep faraway on the bed. - No WiFi inside the room, actually the guy at the front disk confirmed that it’s only in the lobby. - the lobby has no ac. - old hotel with actual key not keycard, you should get the cue. - called booking to get a refund and checkout but they couldn’t help me with that.
