Bucket list lodging!

The staff were phenomenal and views are amazing. It’s located close enough to walk to everything but with more privacy than other properties in Oia.

Lovely , only the above things spoiled our stay

No Full length mirror as you couldn’t see what you looked like on going out, and when your on holiday going out for the evening this is quite important, no tea coffee making facilities in room

I loved everything about the property. We booked the one with a private pool and it was heated which was great for chilly nights. The room was always kept clean and provided with complementary toiletries. this hotel is amazing!

Great Hotel

rooms were spacious (except for the one with the outdoor jacuzzi, which was a bit of a bummer). the attention of the staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Even with bad weather the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

The room with the outdoor jacuzzi was more expensive and the actual room was super small in comparison.

I loved the in room breakfast every morning. Added bonus was the view !! It was divine! All the staff were super friendly and also giving us local tips which was the best.

property location is unbelievable, staff 100% oriented on creating first class exclusive feel for each individual customer. Many first class amenities for an exclusive resort with only 34 rooms, makes this resort feel like an oasis in a very busy tourist destination.

We celebrated our anniversary in luxury with an amazingly memorable experience in Oia. Would absolutely recommend Charis

Perfect location, great facilities, and beautiful decor for a special couples/friends escape. Rooms were spacious, well styled, private. Private balcony and pool the perfect size and layout. Shared facilities were beautiful, clean and plentiful for the number of guests. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. A lot of care is taken to make this property exactly what you imagine for a perfect Santorini holiday. Oh and the view!!! Sublime

The room had some features which needed repair which meant I couldn’t give this a 10/10. The floor in bathroom and water closet were cracked and broken open, so you easily could cut your foot. WC faucet was faulty with water spraying out of basin and onto user’s clothes. Room safe wasn’t working. The entry door to our balcony had a faulty lock so often wouldn’t close properly meaning the door sat open and impacted privacy.

Best location in Oia, somehow feels secluded yet it is close to everything. Amazing sunset views!

Very good

The room, the privacy and the view

Our breakfast on 2nd day not only came 11/2hr late but they also came without any bread. We booked for breakfast to be served at 9am. They didnt even bother to let us know that its going to be late. 1/2hr late can be forgiven but not 11/2hr.

The property has some epic views overlooking the ocean. The views of the sunset are very pretty and we did not need to go down to the bay to view it, the view from our rooms balcony was itself very incredible.

The property is slightly expensive but it is super nice, beautiful and comfortable.

Mary and Vasilis really made the difference in our trip to make it amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The room, location, views and accommodations were well above our expectations. They made our trip just wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough!

Memorable sunset views!

Beautiful location and amenities, very accommodating staff who carry luggage up and down the many steps! Rooms are positioned so that everyone is at a good vantage point for viewing the sunset (there is also a sunset wine event to socialize and enjoy just a little bit more).

Some small floating insects in the pool :( This is probably to be expected though since the hotel is very close to the cliff's edge and surrounded by nature. Other than that, no complaints!

NO caldera view

Sunset!!! Very good place to see it. The room was pretty good and clear.

We don’t like this location at all! We came to Santorini to see the white houses from our villa but what did we see? only rocks in two sides of our villa, NO caldera view. Yes, it was a beautiful sea view BUT we came to see these unique white houses, not rocks and swimming pools. but Charisma has in their Instagram account photos of view which they don’t have. I think it’s not honest. we don’t respect this.

Words cannot describe how amazing, luxurious and relaxing this hotel is.

If you are looking for perfection including in all the small details, you have to book this hotel. The location is the best, with the greatest view, food is amazing, service is exceptional, rooms (we stayed at the windmill) are luxurious and beautiful. The manager of the hotel is so friendly and kind and making this whole experience amazing. Santorini is an amazing island but if you’d like to step it up- this is the hotel!!

May be a bit difficult for elderly people considering that everything needs to be done on foot (no lifts) and there are a lot and a lot of stairs.
