Great experience

Good location Perfect for a group of friends or a family with children Spacious rooms and terrace

There were many mosquitoes and no nest....but we used the window blinds

Pleasant

Renovated bathroom. Spacious room.

Very noisy environment. The room was not sound proof and many residents were partying till early in the morning. As a result we could not sleep well due to the noise. Also, the next morning we saw the new, “ clean” towels lying on the floor. This was very disturbing.

Had to change room as was given a room by pool very noisy as teenagers up all night . The hotel changed our room after 2 nights.

Good location in a budget hotel

The location is amazing, just a walking distance from the harbour and all the restaurants. Right across the hotel is a convenience store with a very friendly Australian-Greek owner where you can buy everything you need. Nice pool area. Reception open 24h

The pool bar prices are the same as in the city centre in the good restaurants which is odd, you would expect it to be more guest friendly. So we rather spend our drink/food money elsewhere. Uncomfortable beds

Very clean & staff were lovely.

It was very clean and the staff were lovely.

I would have preferred a pool view room as the sun shines all day on these apartments. I first was allocated an apartment on 2nd floor facing main road. It was not suitable for a solo traveller as it had two bedrooms & kitchen/dining room and didn’t have a comfortable area for sitting & relaxing. The girl at the desk was cooperative next morning & I was allocated a one bedroom-kitchen/sitting room apt. Thus apartment was on 3rd floor comfortable but it didn’t get morning sunshine which I love.

great spot to stay if you want to be in Kos for a few days.

This is a typical holiday hotel, basic rooms, great pool area, extremely helpful receptionist, kept our bags safe while we travelled on for a few days, am returning again soon.

Good Staff, Nice Hotel with Minor shortcomings

All the staff are very kind and helpful. When i've complained about the room, they tried to serve me another room, Although Hotel was full... I told them there are stains on the towels, they immediately changed... I ask for car rental, they arranged me. Hotel location is good, you can easily walk most of the popular restaurants in 10 or 15 minutes. Also Ferry is 10 minutes walk away.

The Hotel was too noisy because of the guests at bar. They yelled and laughed until midnight. And also As i said above, There are stains on towels and pillows. This made us a little skeptical about cleanliness.

Very good

The gents running the bar were absolutely fantastic, Dimitrie and Dametre (excuse spelling). They made the holiday, really funny guys, great at what they do.

Cleaners were VERY loud, sometimes from 6am. Shouting to eachother between floors, woke us up almost every day until we had a word with them & reception.

Recommendable hotel in Koz

the room is spacious with terrace & complimentary wine & fruit. with special to Aris in the pool bar, an asset of your hotel. He suggested the tourist spots in Kos. He entertains the guests.

the noise from the other rooms especially with children can be heard especially during sleeping time

Super stop over in Kos Town.

I especially liked being able to be comfortable and use the hotel as a base as i was on a night flight. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Lovely bar and pool area. Supermarket directly opposite the entrance.

A bit of a maze to find dragging suitcase from port, but worked it out in the end.😎 Under sink area a bit musty but having reported this, it was going to be dealt with.

Great value for money in a quiet part of Kos Town

Nice room on the top floor overlooking the pool, very large and comfortable. Cleaned to a very high standard on a daily basis. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a bar next to it. Great location for the port, old town and bus station. They don’t offer a free pick up service but do use a private transfer company rather than the very unreliable local taxis. Lovely staff, especially our room maid and the main receptionist (who was extremely friendly & helpful).

The room furniture needs a bit of an update.

Quiet location with quick access to seafront and old town.

Quiet location. Nice swimming pool. Reasonable size room. Balcony for drying towels etc.

Noise travels easily from neighbouring rooms. Some noise from poolside bar but it closes at 1:00.

Pool and bar area is nice The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to city center and harbour staff is friendly

I had a room close to the lobby and reception and it was noisy early in the morning and late at night, due to people passing by, speaking loud…

Pool was great. Staff was very kind. Special thanks to Aris from the pool-side bar who made sure that we had great time there.

We got only one key to the room for 3 guys, so it was little bit pain in the ass to organize who is going to take the key when everybody was not in the same place at the same time.
