Superb

Amazing location. Great space. View from balcony of Mont Blanc is just incredible. So much to do in the area.

Not having WiFi was difficult. Very low ceiling = lots of bumps for a taller guy. Not stocked with extra supplies like toilet paper.

amazing views / terrible host.

terrace has a view to the Mont Blanc - this is amazing

the host is terrible. also they provide no sheets / towels.. and charge you a lot for that. we booked this place like 4pm, arrived 8pm same day (keys in the box), 10 pm realised the place has no towels and sheets. host said we need to pay 20 euro each and can do it only next day. this is a big shame.

Charming little chalet apartment with stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat which unfortuately was quite short (two nights). The view from the balcony is breathttaking and it is a very short distance on foot to the Skyway Monte Bianco which was a huge highlight (we also continued up from Hellbronner to the Aiguille du Midi with a further cable car - stunning views over the iced landscape). We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the flat was very clean upon arrival. We arrived very late and had trouble finding it in the dark (it is on 2nd floor) but it made the surprise when looking out of the window the next morning even sweeter! Big plus is the space in the underground garage. The owner was very available with all questions. Very good shower.

Nothing. Ceilings are low and it's a little dark but this didn't bother us.

Nice place to stay, but not comfortable for tall people. The ceilings are very low in the bedroom.

The ceilings are too low for tall people. My partner who is 1.90m hit his head multiple times between the bed and the bathroom.

Bad

We had COVID-related challenges with our itinerary and weren't able to stay. There was no response from staff to multiple requests for assistance through email, WhatsApp, calling. While I totally accept that the conditions of the booking were non refundable, it spoke volumes about the customer service that there was NO RESPONSE to any of my attempts to make contact. I tried so many times for days and days to make contact, and it was clear to me that I was being ignored. (Messages on WhatsApp were read but ignored.) This is in contrast to other places where I also needed to make cancellations -- people responded, they sometimes allowed me some money back, sometimes not. But they ANSWERED MY MESSAGES. So my advice to future customers is that this place might be brilliant, it might be great value for money. But don't expect anything less than zero responsiveness and customer service. To be clear, my rating of 1 is for customer service, not the chalet (of which I have no knowledge).
