Fantastico week-end

Accoglienza eccezionale, albergo con posizione invidiabile e camere molto ampie e con vista montagna. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e la cena è stata ottima con piatti sempre ben curati. La prima colazione è stata ricca e con la possibilità di vedere le montagne intorno.

Best staff we've experienced in a hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Auberge de la Maison. Most of all we absolutely loved the staff, every one of them was extremely helpful and friendly. The reception staff went out their way to help us and it never felt like it was a burden to them. The bar staff are excellent! And make a wonderful gin sour. The cleaning staff are fabulous, not a spot of dust anywhere and our room was cleaned to a high standard. The turnover service at night is a great wee bonus, first time we've experience this in a hotel. The transfer service is very good, never a long wait and the drivers are friendly and helpful too. Restaurant staff also great and we enjoyed the breakfast. They all really went above and beyond, definitely the best staff we have experienced in a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The attention to detail in every part of the hotel really stands out. We felt quite at home and didn't want to leave after our week here.

Romantic Get-Away in the Aosta Valley

Utterly charming hotel at the end of the Aosta Valley with fabulous views of Mont Blanc. Great staff, well designed Wellness area and a fantastic bar. Perfect for a romantic get-away.

Restaurant a little less charming than the rest of the property, but food was great.

Great rooms, restaurant, views and staff! We will be back!

This hotel is quaint, comfortable and clean. It is in a great location and the staff is so helpful and kind. The food was also delicious and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Beautiful views of Mont Blanc and other mountains. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the weather and the views. The pool and spa is awesome, too.

Cosy, comfy, friendly hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Lounge areas large and very cosy, a pleasure to spend a few hours talking and reading there. Very good bar. Very efficient and friendly service. Excellent breakfast, one of the best selections I have ever had. Small but very nice spa (indoor-outdoor pool) Lots of parking space.

Family rom was comfy but a bit small, bed a bit old. (But I booked late so had little choice). Dinner in the restaurant was OK (and wine list was excellent) but the food did not match the quality of the breakfast.

Heaven in Val d’Aosta

The atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. You feel warmly and authentically welcomed. The staff does everything to support you in any possible way and to make you enjoy your stay to its maximum. I haven’t experienced this anywhere else even in many 5 stars hotels. It is therapeutic and comforting to stay there.

Nothing, it was hard to leave the place. It felt like heaven !

Stunning!

This place is definitely a 10/10. Everything was amazing and we cannot wait to return. All of the staff were so lovely. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Facilities are amazing. The restaurant, terrace with phenomenal views of the Mont Blanc, the spa and pool! It was a wonderful experience.

No late shuttle service back. But taxi was arranged by auberge. Price not included though.
