Appartamento con posizione comodissima

La posizione centralissima. Il proprietario, anche se non lo abbiamo conosciuto personalmente, sempre molto disponibile via whatsapp.

Appartamento molto spartano. Cucina piccolissima impossibile mangiare in 4. La via è piena di locali notturni con musica ad alto volume. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi perché la sera era fresco quindi chiudevamo le finestre insonorizzate.

Simple, easy, adventure with positive additude.

Good location, but very noisy the whole night. Not a place travelling with kids or people who how go easily crazy of the noise. We desiced that it was a good experiment.

Fijne uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te verkennen

De sevice van de contactpersoon, de bereidheid om te helpen en de berikbaarbaarheid bij eventuele vragen

Er viel niets echt tegen. De keuken had iets schoner mogen zijn (ik schoof de broodrooster weg en er lagen nog allemaal kruimels). Maar alles was er verder.

Antonio's communication was excellent. He picked us up from the rail station and gave us a guided tour of lisbon on way to apartment. The location was excellent.

On entry the stair well leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not very clean and in need of a make over.

Right in the old town with lots of pubs, restaurants and music places within a 1 minute walk

The owner is very helpful and provided a number of recommendations and was responsive when messaged on the app. The location is great as its right in the old town.

No air conditioning, but had fans.

Antonio was very quick to respond on What’s App which made the trip easy. comfy beds and portable fans were good

the noise from multiple bars carried on until 2am each morning and the walls vibrated with the bass music!

Antonio was a fantastic host. He picked us up at the airport and had green wine and juice waiting in the refrigerator. He also gave a lot of tips on what to do and where to eat so we would, “eat like a local and pay like a local.” The apartment was small but clean. We had 3 adults and it was enough room for us. The apartment location was very central, in a safe area, and easy to get around.

The apartment is located in a big party area and it was extremely loud until 3 or 4am every night (we stayed for 6 nights). We played white noise but could still hear the music and people chanting outside. We could also feel the floor vibrating from the bass. If you want to be a part of the party scene then this is a great location for you. If not, I’d look into another area.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of the bar and restaurant district. The apartment is clean and comfortable with great wifi, a kitchen and washing facilities. Antonio the host was wonderful and gave many suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We also booked tours with him too.

It can be a little noisy at night time, but the location is worth it.

Wonderful stay!

António picked us up from the train station, did a quick tour of the area, and showed us our “home” during our stay. He provided us with additional information on what to do and see. You can’t ask for more from a host. The place was very clean and in a very central spot. It does get a little loud at night so if that’s an issue, this is not the place for you. Luckily for us we didn’t mind at all.

The host (Antonio) was very kind, polite, and helpful. He transferred us from the airport to the apartment and back for free with his van. At the apartment he offered us a bottle of wine and traditional pasteis de nata. Also he wrote our names in a board. The location of the apartment is great near the city center.

The apartment is small for 4 people, lacks a living room, and the entrance of the building is a bit disappointing due to mold. These are negligibe details the main problem of this apartment is the neighborhood which is full of bars and was too noisy!!! We stayed three nights and we could not sleep before 5 am because drunk tourists shout loudly and hit bins like crazy all night long even when the bars were closed. We were surprised that police did not come to stop them from this madness. The windows were new but they could not stop the noise. Antonio (host) told us that he will add one more layer in order to prevent the noise.

A gem of an apartment in a lively central location.

Two great things about this property - it's central location (you can walk to most things and there are lots of bars and retaurants) and it's owner Antonio. Antonio goes the extra mile to make sure his guests have a great time. He ferried us from the airport and back, he gave a us a mini driving tour of Lisbon which was invaluable in helping us make sense of the city, and he left us wine and cake ! He also sent us loads of information about what to see and do which was brilliant. The flat itself is perfect for two travellers with comfy beds and a well equiped kitchen. (shower water pressure could be a bit better).

Cannot really review this apartment fairly without mentioning the noise. Barrio Alto in the beating heart of Lisbon's (very rowdy, very late and very crowded) nightlife and this apartment is right in the thick of it. If you are a party animal who can sleep through a lot of noise this is the fun ideal spot for you, if not, or you are travelling with small children bring your earplugs or go somewhere a little quieter.

the location is convenient for exploring the city, there are proper two bedrooms. the host Antonio is super, he picked us up and took us to the airport(4am!). He also gave good recommendation for fado, restaurants etc.

if noise bothers you, use ear plugs. we had no problem though with the windows closed

Friendly host

This is a great location for being close to bars and restaurants. Antonio gave plenty of advice on the area as well as transfers to and from the airport which was a great help. Overall a good stay!

Superb

Our host, Antonio, was amazing! Friendly, helpful and full of great suggestions. Treats in the fridge was so thoughtful. Linens & towels smelled fresh and clean (as they should be). Lodging was near so many restaurants,c attractions and night life was right there.

the location was lively, central and safe. Lots of cafes, bars around. Also Antonio is a very nice host. He was very helpful with everything. He took us from the airport, showed us the city, gave lots of useful tips. He welcomed us with natas and wine. We felt like at home. We will definitely come back and stay here! Antonio is the best host evet! Thanks again Antonio.

Antonio is amazing! The most kind and helpful host I've ever meet:-) picked us up from the airport and drove us back, we also had a welcome bottle of wine and pastel de nates. Lots of usewful tips as well, all given from the heart to make sure we gonna have great time! The apartment is very well located, in a great area, heart of Lisbon, near train stations, trams, bars, restaurants, the most important attractions easy to reach on foot. Nice and cozy apartment with very comfortable bed and all needed stuff. What more to say... highly recommend to everyone! Should give 100 but only 10 is possible. Antonio, thank you very much for your time and attension, we had great time in Lisbon and hope to be back soon! Greetings from all of us :-) Joanna
