BEWARE! Highway robbery!

The Vivaan is an event location, restaurant and hotel that potrays itself as a luxury destination and charges absurd prices for horrendous quality and service. We were a large group of around 40 guests that booked rooms for a week for a wedding we organised and dined here quite often. The food is one redeeming aspect of this otherwise miserable experience. The rooms had windows which were blocked by the construction frame of the indoor venue so you had no sunlight. It felt like one was in a cage. The rooms are not cleaned daily unless you specifically ask for it (and in some cases not even then), no fresh towels or toilet paper delivered, trash not picked up. For the first couple of days there was no hot water in most of the rooms we booked. Therer were bogus charges to the room service bill and the staff is always trying to hoodwink you. If you are organizing an event here, BEWARE of their very shady practices.

ROOM WHICH WAS PROVIDED WAS TOTALLY DARK FROM NO SUNLIGHT .TV WAS DIFFICULT TO WORK, EXCEPT HOTEL NOTHING 3LSE THERE

Maintainence needs to be taken care Its something are broken pipes .Toilet pipes are broken

In my booking the breakfast was included whereas the hotel staff denied for the same and upon raising this issue the customer service assistant confirmed me that he had word with the hotel staff and the would provide the breakfast as included in my hotel tarif but in morning again the hotel staff denied for the same. As such, booking.com shall ensure that if something is included in the price it should be provided at the property. Otherwise it lead to misleading the costumer’s choice.

slightly overpriced for what it offers for a regular traveller. surprisingly the stay was otherwise good and comfortable

it’s very scenic and makes for a nice photoshoot

pathetic internet. only one device could be connected. and internet was down half the time. this is more of a wedding palace than a hotel.
