Supportive staff, clean rooms and peaceful + comfortable stay

Easy to access with public transport, support for organizing lunch /dinner, Big balconies, Spacious living room, Large Fridge, 24 hours hot water, cleanliness, wi-fy, helpful staff, peaceful environment

Depends on the room and neighbor guests

After switching rooms we had a nice stay. The breakfast is brought to the room. The staff if helpful. The second room was smaller but much more comfy. Hot water and wifi worked Most of the time.

First room we stayed at was Very loud. You could hear neighbors through a weird connection door clearly and the room had no window. Laundry service was a bit pricey, but of good quality. Breakfast quality and selection could improve.

Location, friendly staff, and managers in Krishna and Ajay Pandey. Decent suite. Comfortable and spacious.

Poor breakfast and bathroom furniture. TV working in one room only.

Very good

Very good location, facility is clean and things work. The staff speak well and are polite. Door man is also polite. Laundry service is fast and clean. Extremely good value for money.

Can be chilly in winter. Ask for a heater.

it was good but the people in the reception are not through with the English language that created a language barrier.

If property is maintained more efficiently, it would be great

Location is very good. Even few minutes walk from the South Ex metro. We were even upgraded to a suit (without any extra charge) which had a very spacious attached room containing six seater dinning table, an area with six seater sofa and center table and a separate TV.

1. There were damps on the wall. 2. Bathroom was not very clean (commode has stains) 3. TV in the drawing room did not work (we did not bother much though) 4. No drinking water was provided unless asked for. 5. At the time of checking out (around 10 AM), hardcopy of the bill was not provided citing the reasons that billing manager has not yet come.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Good location in south Delhi, walkable distance to South Extension metro.

Great place for couples/business travellers with comfy bed and good shower.

Very comfy bed. Good hot shower with fresh towels and the breakfast in the morning was good.

For the location/service, the price is very high.

Very expensive and disappointing

For a start, of you don't have a smartphone with location enabled, there is nowhere to understand you arrived, no indication whatsoever. The room is blind, just a little window in the bathroom and a window in another useless room. The room was infested with mosquitoes. We asked for a three bedroom and had a two bedroom with an extra bed put on the side which made the circulation less easy and the bed was to small for our friend. Beds where to soft. We didn't like the breakfast. For 42€ a night we are really disappointed.
