No fridge, carpet and curtains could do with a clean, painted walls a must, air conditioning blew out warm air.

Well worth revisiting if the need arose.

Excellent value for money. Bed a bit firm but comfortable.

Just a coffee bar, no breakfast available. Might have been nice to have a kettle/ tea/coffee in the room.

Pleasant

Hotel Elegant is located in the city center. It's very close to the walking street, restaurants, and supermarkets. I was surprised to find that my room had it's own internet router. I'm not sure if that is standard in every room. Overall, it was a decent, last-minute stay while I had to be in the city.

The room was not the cleanest. There were some stains on the walls and carpet. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear other guests loudly in their rooms. Lastly, I was not very happy with the service at the restaurant.

Dirty, old & very cold. Ripped sheets with holes in them, towels so old you wonder if it's an old rug, stained carpets, smell of cigarettes and broken ac/heat units. Staff is super unhelpful and useless. I wouldn't stay there again even if you paid me.

very good for what you pay. clean, tidy and did the job.

Ideally located about 200 metres from the centre of Karnobat. Easy parking, friendly staff and clean. my Bulgarian is poor, but enough to get by. Unless you’ve got Google translate or can speak enough Bulgarian, the staff can’t speak any English, but not a criticism, just more of a point for Brits booking.

Noisy sometimes, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything, but not late at night.
