Merci beaucoup

Great location, comfortable bed and quality finishes.
Parking is expensive.

O quarto é espaçoso, cama maravilhosamente aconchegante, chuveiro com a pressão da água excelente.
A falta de simpatia de alguns funcionários, mas pode ser uma questão cultural do local, já que brasileiros são mais efusivos.

The hotel feels like a boutique hotel and is perfect for a nice couples weekend
We had a ground floor room so it became slightly noisy in the morning while other guest were having breakfast

The place is fantastic!
Beautiful, clean, cozy and with really kind staff.
Breakfast was really good too for a fair price.
The hotel is about 15 min walk from Midi or Central Stations. We usually like to walk, but when it's raining, things get harder.

Not my first time in this hotel and I am coming back because of the comfort, location, and design.

We liked everything. Nice hotel.

Nice room. Good location

Great styling. Very cool hotel with helpful staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Large space for a family of 3 which can be hard to find.
Worth noting that the elevator stopped a floor short of our room on level 5 leaving us to carry bags up a narrow flight of stairs - not uncommon for hotels in old buildings but it is very narrow with little in the way of handrails. Main concern in our loft room was the low sloped ceiling near the bed that all 3 of us hit our heads on. It is a definitely a hazard and a regig of the room would make it much safer. There's even a crack in the plaster that we may or may not have made but suggests we might not have been the only ones to crack our heads.

good location with very friendly staff! the room was clean, and comfortable.
there’s no storage space, no wardrobes or beside cabinets.

I appreciated the most was the warm welcome of our receptionist Latifa. She was so attentive and kind. We travelled with our little one and even though our room wasn’t ready yet she asked the housekeeper to clean our room as soon as possible so we can access it right away. For that we were really really thankful.
The clean and neat interior design made the lobby and hotel very cozy and looked very elegant at the same time.
The room was big enough for us 3. The Bed was so comfortable and big. The minimalist interior gave you the room was quiet big.
The bathroom was favorite- the tiles brought you into another place (Greece feeling) It was pre-heated and bathtub was huge.
The area is great for shopping 🛍️ not even 5mins away there is the Shopping Street. From Pandora, Apple Store, Zara, H&M, Action up to the high brands like LV, Rimova, Tiffany’s, Samsonite, Hermes Kids.
The Sightseeings like the Law Courts of Brussels next to each other The View Grande Roue Bruxelles (5-10min walk) ,
Royal Palace of Brussels (15min walk) …. you can actually walk from the Hotel to the city Center if you like to and the weather is Sunny.
Restaurants are close by with their best national dish with mussels and their best beers - like the Restaurant Le Trappiste.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like but maybe more on improvement.
Like I said before the rooms are quiet spacious after the minimalist interior. It would have been great if we had a mini- refrigerator like under the table to keep like foods or medicine in it.
The bed was very comfortable but like me I am use to snuggle and sometimes our daughter love to sleep next to us, but the beds would move apart. Maybe a few rooms to offer a Queen size bed not single Beds that are pushed together.
A bigger trash in the Bathroom or in the room would be great also because I don’t want my room to be cleaned everything just to have my trash taken out.
But so Sum everything up, my family and I had a wonderful stay and maybe a few improvements. But for me it was close to a Four star Hotel. Top Service from Housekeeping up to the Receptionist.

Just perfect… the comfiest friendliest place, I miss it already!

very clean
nothing to say negative things about it
4.2
Great design - fully renovated.
Good central location.
Breakfast was ok.
Very little comforts - not functional at all.
Rooms extremely warm - no a/c. We had to have the bathroom window open all the time (while it was raining).
No shower curtain in bath tub - the shower phone is positioned very low. Tub only functional if you want to have a bath. Water splashes everywhere. Towels very small and thin.
Shower gel emptied after one use - was not replaced by room service even though the room was cleaned - had to ask at reception to be given a new one.
No coffee in the room - there is a kettle but only tea bags. When asked, reception staff would not give coffee out for the room.
Staff in general not very friendly.
4.2
The rooms are nice and spacious, and very well decorated, our bathroom was also very nice, with a walk in shower. This is where the good things end.
The first thing you notice about the Hygge hotel is that it’s beautiful. The second, third and fourth thing you notice is that it lacks fundamentals, has very few to no comforts, and that the management and organising of staff is a mess. Overall, I would not recommend staying here as it is very overpriced and doesn’t deliver for the price tag it has on the rooms. Other hotels I’ve stayed at in Brussels are substantially better in comparison yet similarly priced.
Cons:
1. Rooms have no temperature control, which makes them all prone to overheating. When I asked a member of staff if we could cool the room down (this was in autumn) he very rudely said no, the temperature is centralised.
2. Rooms have NO coffee facilities, not even instant coffee. You can get a coffee from the reception, but its not really something you can do if you’ve just woken up and want to enjoy your coffee in bed.
3. No fridges in rooms. If you want to chill your water in a hot summers day- you’re stuck.
4. Our ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working. So every time we showered condensation came down everywhere making it very easy to slip and fall on the ground.
5. Cleaning of rooms is mediocre. Our single “shampoo-body wash” bottle was empty when we arrived, it was not replaced until we asked for it. Cleaning staff doesn’t even check….
6. Seating at breakfast is unorganised. Anyone can sit anywhere so you get 1-2 people holding down bigger tables, which makes it very difficult for families or bigger groups to find seating. Overall, the breakfast itself is quite basic.
4.2
Nice decoration and people trying to help but hotel has big lacks in term of comfort and logic on the "old" building
Hotel is divided between old and new building. Avoid old building, even if staircase is wonderful, as rooms are small and with strange distribution. Do not accept third floor rooms as really hot (no aa) and shower impossible to use if you make more than 1,20m. Beds are not comfortable unfortunately.
4.2
lobby looks great, staff (cedric) was very friendly.
the “king bed” was very small and definitely not an official king size, and neither very comfortable in general unfortunately. simple bathroom but ok. very strong breakfast smell from the kitchen woke us up every day at 6:00. it all wasn’t bad but it was overpriced! our rate was 175 a night for a relaxed double which it is not worth at all.

All good
4.2
The place looks and feel brand new, and its situation is quite easy to find. The beds are comfortable and the rooms relatively quiet. The design elements were definitely a fun add to the mix.
Staff was a little bit of a hit or miss, with either a really friendly face in front of you, or someone quite cold. In general the place is beautifully decorated but is almost too clean cut or perfect, making you feel like you are staying in a furniture showroom. I think it is perfect for a business stay but not exactly a cute romantic getaway for a couple.
4.2
We enjoyed our stay in Brussels.
Hotel in excellent location. Breakfast good and plenty of it. Cleanliness of the hotel everywhere.
Somewhere to put things in the bathroom. Long mirror in the bedroom.
Channels identified on the TV. Lack of one two comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Snacks at the reception desk.
4.2
Absolutely gorgeous. Stunning is such an understatement. Walking into the lobby after such a journey we were in awe. The decor was breathtaking and the rooms so spacious and well decorated. Everything we could have needed we had and they even included fans in our room as the weather was so hot during our stay. The windows fully opening was such a big plus to our room as there aren’t any balconies but the atmosphere around Brussels felt so calming yet exciting. We honestly couldn’t have had a better time.
The only downfall we found was the seal at the bottom of our shower had come away from the glass door which leaked some water into the room but it was the tiniest issue we had and the room completely outweighed this problem.
