Be careful!

I had a totally unpleasant experience, on the last day of my stay, just before leaving the location (accidentally or not), I found the car in the garage with an empty tank, they stole the gas from my tank. This aspect cancels the rest of the existing accommodation facilities.

L’emplacement (100m de la plage), les équipements de l’appartement, la propreté et la sécurisation de la résidence.

Un seul jeu de clefs nous a été fourni (trop peu pour plusieurs personnes)

It was a bit quiet and some restaurants were not open for the summer season

Great flat for a beach stay in Valencia

Great apartment in a very nice complex that has everything you need for your stay. It’s super close to the beach and the apartment complex has great facilities for kids.

The check-in process could be easier because you have to collect the keys at a hotel 4km away from the flat. The flat was super clean but there was no hand soap or anything like that so come prepared.

I would have appreciated to receive clean, Short detailed and practical Information about the property IN advance(where to pick up the key, time, internet access, parking lot number, map to the garage, pissibility to return keys on premises, etc.).

Perfect family holiday apartment. Clean, comfortable with Super Fast Fibre Wifi.

The complex is perfect for a family with small children. Our child loved the swimming pool and play area. The pool was a great alternative to the beach, the beach is a short walk-a-way. The apartment has super fast fibre wifi.. which was perfect for remote working. Already looking to book for a second trip.

No fault of the owner but the swimming pool closes between 4-5pm which caused a daily toddler tantrum. There is no apartment instructions/manual so small things like 'How to turn on the electric hob' and 'How to turn the shower on' became a logistical nightmare. The shower has a missing handle and should be replaced. Apart from that, the apartment is perfect!

Superb

The girl at the hotel reception where I picked up the keys is very helpful and nice! There are several buses to take from the hotel to the apartment so it is not that inconvenient that you have to pick up the keys at another location. The apartment is very well equipped, it has all the necessary things one needs. The rooms were clean. The host even arranged a baby crib for us which we appreciated a lot. The balcony is big and nice. There is a small playground for kids near the pool. The beach is 5min on foot.

One of the elevators did not work, but I am sure it will be fixed soon. Also, some people might not appreciate the water adjustments in the shower - it takes a lot of time to adjust the water temperature and the water switches often from hot to cold, but this is the case with the majority of gas boilers I guess.

Away from but still close to the busy and beautiful city

Good location. Comfortable and clean appartement with terrace. We enjoyed our stay.

No coffee machine. Only one set of keys available.

Superb

Very close to the beach, bus, supermarket. There are some nice restaurant on the beach too, very close. For our family with 2 kids, it was a perfect stay. Even though it was pretty far away from oceanografic and city center, staying on the beach every evening was a big big plus. Also we had the possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel reception when we arrived and the day we left for a few hours.

It would have been nice to have some change sheets for stays longer than 3-4 days...but still we managed it without.

It was great value for money and great location if you want to be out of the main beach area.

once We eventually found the property it was good, we did have some challenges with communication as we don’t speak Spanish and we were not dropped at the right address by taxi.
