Very good

Central location, comfortable beds, comfortable lounges and homelike atmosphere, excellent heating, beautiful bush setting, kitchen well equipped.

Oven and area around the stove need deep clean, teflon cookware was old and scratched, bedroom carpets needed vacuuming around the edges, dirt from previous guests swept into corner of laundry, vacuum cleaner broken, advertised dishwasher non existent.

comfortable but disappointing for the price

quiet location

difficult to find. it needed a lot of maintenance. curtains either had stains or holes. Heater didn’t work. No wood for wood fire. Pantry not cleaned out as many items were out of date and leaking. Outdoor table broken and unusable…..Management has been advised

Will book again definitely! Was perfect

The location was fantastic, private, quiet and the cottage had everything we needed. We read previous reviews, brought firewood and we were toasty warm!!! Sure we could have used the heaters provided if needed.

The step in the hallway. I had a trip of a lifetime before leaving.

relaxing and wet

plenty of space, clean and lovely outlook. plenty of heating even if there was no firewood supplied. it was very wet while we were in the mountains so we spent a lot of time at the cottage and had a lovely trip.

We enjoyed our stay however the cleanliness of the cottage was a little poor.

Very pleasant and conveniently located

Handy to local walking tracks and sights, comfortable, well equiped. However guests do need a level of fitness because of the hilly nature of the locality. This was not a problem for us with kids aged 10 and 14.

good location, spacious

would be good to have an extra tea towel, newer kitchen equipment, and soap for the bathroom.

A peaceful break away from the city.

Lovely views.

Very difficult to find property from the street. Not cleaned immediately prior to occupation. No bug spray (empty can). Kitchen supplies lacking. ( paper towel, tea towels)

It is a gorgeous house in a gorgeous location that desperately needs care and maintenance

* The location is brilliant and the vibe of the house was very nice. * Heater in the living space was amazing, especially for the cold wet weekend we had * Beds, pillows and linen were very comfortable allowing for a great sleep * Heaters and electric blankets available in the bedrooms - so good - thank you. * Internet/Wifi is fast and reliable

* Hall way floor creaks so terribly loud. Middle-of-the-night trips to the toilet or if someone is up and moving around early wakes up others * Stove hot plates were dirty and needed scrubbing before use * Front verandah was dirty and covered in leaves and needed cleaning * Digital TV channels did not work at all - probably a broken or missing antenna on the roof. Fetch TV channels would not load. * Driveway was heavily encroached by natural scrub and overgrowth. Car was scratched by plant - can be buffed out but annoying none-the-less * We called the manager to get early entry since all of our afternoon activities were cancelled due to wind and rain, but was never called back or messaged.

Private bush cottage

Private bush location only 5 mins drive from echo point. Large beds were comfortable. Linen is provided. 2nd separate toilet great. Great new BBQ combustion fire (we bought our own kindling and timber etc) but there were gloves and fire tools available.

Some of the cooking utensils are dated. Floors were clean, but bath had dust and bugs in it. Some problems with the TV, reception and working
