Dezamăgită

Aproape de mare,camera cu vedere la mare

Personalul,incepand de la recepție,doamna de la curățenie care în 6 zile nu a schimbat prosoapele niciodată, ,personalul de la bucătărie parca eram acolo sa cerem de pomana ,mizeria care era la sala de mese se lipeau piciorele pe jos,baia un miros groaznic la bar nu mai zic când cereai ceva de băut parca le venea sa te bată foarte . Mâncarea se putea și mai bine dar a fost acceptabilă. Bautura 5 feluri,o diferența mare în tot fata de alte hoteluri la care am mai fost

Piscine mari Mâncarea Curatenia exterioara

Organizarea la masă foarte proasta Schimbarea prosoapelor cică se face la 3 zile și nu după nevoile turistului. Personalul de curățenie indolent ( cei de care m-am lovit ) . Acest lucru nu este afișat nicăieri și nici în prezentarea booking Șampon doar 2 sticluțe în 5 zile Gel de duș nu s-a auzit Parcarea super inghesuita, noroc cu un teren exterior Plaja dispărută în mare și micile zone ramase murdare și neîngrijite Apa foarte murdara din cauza valurilor care aduc alge și răscolesc nisipul. Drumul de acces la hotel plin de gropi La piscină șezlongurile ocupate cu prosoape de dimineață Berea și băuturile locale slabe calitativ Internetul wifi foarte prost Concluzia:EVITATI HOTELUL Dacă vrei plaja cauta în alta parte, în localitatea asta nu o sa găsești

Un sejur reusit.

Locatie perfecta. Camera confortabila. Perfect raport calitate / pret.

Nu am nimic de reprosat hotelului. Doar atitudinea si tonul ridicat si agresiv in timpul unui dejun al unui anume domn (BORISLAV, dupa cum s-a recomandat cand l-am intrebat cum se numeste) care m-a "certat" in limba bulgara, dar in limba engleza nu prea ne-am inteles, din cauza ca luasem o farfurie mai mica decat a considerat domnia sa ca trebuie. Fara aceasta atitudine a domnului respectiv, chiar nu as fi avut vreo obiectie.

Good place to relax if you don't have high expectations.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great and very clean as well. I hadn't booked any food so I had to dine at another restaurant at the hotel and I was not pleased with the quality. However, it was a fair value for money and I did enjoy my vacation. There aren't many options to have food or go out nearby.

A bit of an isolated place, a huge resort it will be very crowded at midsummer.

Good hotel, bad service.

Access to private beach. Two big pools. Spacious rooms. Good meals. Turkish speaking personelle at the restaurant.

"0" instructions about anyting at all... you have to find your room yourself. You need to ask for wi-fi password. you need to find the "alarm-like" looking fuse to enable heater, you need find the main pool yourself. No signs, no tag, no instructions about anything.. They do not care booking.com as well. They reply the booking.com questions very late and answers include no solution but only self-defense. In the end they said "we are 3 star hotel this is what we give.." Pools are very but shallow. Maybe less than 1.5 m.

Fair for the Budget, big pools and good quiet location...

Great wide pools and view to the sea, good parking... away from the busy towns and beaches, peaceful...

Understaffed, not enough pool chairs, no activities offered, furniture in rooms very basic and kind of old, bed/matrices also getting uncomfortable...

Very good

The room was very good, and the hotel has a lot of opportunity, pool, location was excelent.

The dinner was cold, and the pecara was not fresh. In the kichen there wasnt any spoon, fork, glass and so on.

Exceptional

writing as an ex-hotel guide Easy to go from Burgas airport - 30 min by bus to Alehoy and after even by walk is 20-30 min * very big hotel * very good in it's category * relaxing area * everything is closed by walk within the hotel * beautiful garden cleaned every day * right next to the beach *2 huge pools * shop * good for jogging in the area * basic gym but good for doing regular sport, good size and with air conditionaire * room is very clean, room and balcony are good size * beautiful sea / side - see view * foods are very delicious and fresh * perfect to visit with children in any age * people working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, speaking good English at the reception ❤️

Disappointing

It was clean.

Till abou 2:00 am it smelled like food all over the place, in the room, on the corridor and even in the elevator. Parking was awful.

"Good breakfast" was below the expected, with a limited choice of food. For that money, I was expecting a bit more.

The last floor rooms' balconies were without cover. Uncomfortable during rains.

Disappointment

The beds were comfortable, it was spaceous. The pool was nice.

It wasn't clean, there was no running water for 5 hours one of the days, the ONLY equipment in the kitchen were 4 water glasses, no dishes, not a single spoon/fork, nothing - just empty kitchen drawers. The food at the restaurant was not good.

Beware! Not like pictures!

The location is great- few big shops just 5-10 minutes by car, a few good restaurants near by. Two big clean swimming pools, one with water slides that our kids loved very much, sea is just a minute walk, free parking.

We have booked one bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchenette on a ground floor, but instead we got an apartment on the fourth floor with a double bed and glass walls around it in the living room, that the lady called a "separate bedroom". The kitchen was empty: no cuttlery, no crockery, no cooker, toaster or kettle, just an empty kitchen cupboards. When we raised the issue that the apartment is different from the pictures, we were told they only provide " kitchen box" and that has been provided. After all we were offered another apartment with actual separate bedroom, but an empty kitchen as previously. The beds were only set for 2 people and we are family of four. The bedding was only provided the next day. Over the next few days we were given portable electric coocker, 2 cups, few plates, some cuttlery and a kettle. And after a week we got an iron and ironing board from reception. Beware: this companys "Midia Family Resort" pictures of apartments are very misleading, so what you see is not what you get. They are business and have many apartments, so if you think you have booked that particular one in the pictures, think again- you'll be given just any available apartment.

Good value for money, but conditions should be improved

We liked it, it was quiet and the pleasant, relaxing, holiday atmosphere. Towels and linen were changed every 3 days. Good value for money, but conditions should be improved.

What we didn't like: 1. The reserved apartment should have had a view of the sea and the pool, but I could see very little of the sea, on the side and more of a building and the parking lot. The reception told me that they don't have another apartment. 2. Cleanliness. The floor were not washed. We also took out the trash. 3. The microwave was not working

We will never go there again and will recommend to our friends not to go as well.

As a positive thing I can say that the size of the apartment was good and 2 out of 3 rooms had AC and TV. One of the bedrooms didn’t have. The green areas in the complex were nice.

The pool was with old dirty water (in the kids pool there were small worms) and 3 of the kids and 2 2 of the adults came back sick, thanks to that. No wifi in the rooms, only in lobby and pool. By the pool there are multiple signs that you can not save a sun bed with a towel and not be there, but no one from the hotel was monitoring this and early in the morning all sun beds were “reserved”. In the kitchen area there were nothing else except 4 glasses, no kitchenette at all. The apartment wasn’t clean, there was dust everywhere (table, counters, closets, etc.). There is no real beach there, just a small, tiny area with black sand.

Good Location, but dissatisfied with the room and food quality

The beds were comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was nice and clean, the gardens also very green and lovely. The location also right next to the beach, beautiful sea. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The room had no view and we bought it as a room with a view. The bathroom was not clean and the room was also dirty with hairs on the floor. The food in the restaurant was of poor, cheap quality except the lovely salad we ordered. When the room was cleaned bins were only emptied, no change of towels or cleaning the floors.

Not even a cup or saucer in the room.

Room had kitchen but no cutlery or crockery. No cooking facilities. Photo showed kettle and microwave. Couldn't even make a cup of tea as no kettle.

never again. really bad.

- had an accident by the pool as it was damaged couldn't walk for 2 days no one at the reception for hours to speak to. - no way of being even a coffee unless you get all inclusive - no toilet paper provided had to ask every day for a roll. - view was really bad not what was promised - no equipment in the room- we weren't able to prepare any food due to lack of untesils or pans or plates never seen anything like it. - 2nd pool closed but not drained the smell was awfull - I will be sending a formal complaint as I have had an accident and was not happy that there was no one there to provide first aid.

Good

Mostly comfy, clean beach, great pool, food was ok and enough variety. Beer was always available, coffee is good also. The resort is far from Aheloy so the beach is all yours!

Access to the beach was closed and we had to walk around the fence to the main entrance in order to reach the beach (they did not tell us the reason why it was closed)
