Very good

Hotel on the beach front. Dedicated sunloungers and parasol for evrika customers so always somewhere to sit on the beach. Poolside snack bar great for the kids as they could have as much pizza and chips as they wanted.

No wifi in room. Water slides only open for part of the day. Height restrictions too severe for type of slide. My 11 year old could only go on one slide.

Für Familien mit Kinder gut geeignet.

-Zimmer nicht gut: zu klein für drei Personen, jeden Morgen kamm die Müllabfuhr direkt unter dem Balkon, Zustellbett für Kind halb kaputt. Nach mehreren Anfragen (drei Tage) dürften in ein Familienzimmer wechselt, dann sehr gut! Strand: sehr gut für Kinder Essen: Auswahl gut bis sehr gut, Qualität mittelmäßig. Nur im Premium-Restaurant war alles besser (Zugang nur für "besserzahler" o.ä.). Das "Premium Club Konzept" nicht ganz verstanden, lt. Insider ist es eine Möglichkeit Gäste abzuzocken... Könnte man anders darstellen bzw. konzipieren, z.B. "Restaurant für Erwachsene". So zahlt man viel Geld und fühlt sich als Mensch zweiter Klasse.... und das im 21. Jahrhundert. Das passte sicher gut für die Gäste aus RU.

Wie die Mitarbeiter auf der Rezeption bzw. Administration auf die Fragen/Bitten eingegangen sind. Das oben beschriebenen "Premium Club Konzept" ist voll eine kundenunfreundliche Masche - Das Vorgehen haben einige Gäste nicht verstanden.

שירות גרוע 3 בניינים הילדים שלנו היה להם חדק בבניין אחר המגלשות פתוחות מעט שעות ביום שעה כל מגלשה אין מגוון באוכל לא טעים גנבו לי את הטלפון מהחדר!!!!!

The food was varied, the drinks were ok, the location of the hotel is good, and the staff at the reception are kind to the guests

The water in the pools is very cold, especially in the children's area Unfortunately, the slides only worked at certain times, and some of them not at all There was a bad smell in the bathrooms The more special restaurants can only be reached with a reservation and there was a day when it was closed I would not go to this hotel again

Not the first and not the last time here, the Premium Zone is definitely worth it!

- modern and spacious room, bathroom and balcony - on the beach, with private beach, where you have a very long distance between sun-beds - beach bar, pool bar - big aqua park with a lot of fun activities and sun-beds - amazing food and food variety, you find everything no matter the time you go there - food cooked in front of you - great design in both hotel and restaurant, it’s a pleasure to admire - friendly staff at the restaurant and bar - free parking - in-hotel shop - it’s always full, hundreds of people, but you never feel crowded - additional private pool for premium packages - security staff checks people who walk into the hotel non-stop, so you feel more safe

- aqua park program is too short - poor quality drinks, but acceptable especially for the given price - i had a particular bad experience with the man in charge of sun beds, I went to the hotel around 10:30 and when I came back (less than 30’) may stuff was taken from the sun-beds, and I spent a lot of time looking for the stuff until a lady told that staff take them away. when I confronted the responsible person, he called me a liar (exactly like this) and told me I was there at 7AM which is silly taking into consideration I woke up at 9 and came to the beach at 9:45.

Apart from a few things, we enjoyed our 4-night stay

Variety of food, waterpark for the children, location of the hotel in proximity to the centre

The hotel deducted more than the specified amount and also charged a non Stirling transaction fee of over £20 to my account. Cross-contamination of raw and cooked foods, mouldy desserts. Not enough sunbeds around the main pool areas.

Superb

It was very close to the sea and the beach. The pools were also nice and the water temperature was ok. The food could have been more varied. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay. Close to the city center also. I will return with pleasure again!

Property was cleaned constantly throughout the day and night. Staff were friendly food was good. Good proximity to shops.

The evening entertainment wasn't very good and where it was situated was away from the bar area. There are no tables and chairs to watch the entertainment. Had there been this, it would encourage more people to watch. My air conditioning was leaking, and I reported it twice. They came to fix it but woke up that night with it poring out water on my sons head. My son had an accident and slipped in the bathroom, braking the toilet seat and bruising his full leg. i reported it to staff and paid for it to ne replaces. However, this was never done. The slides were only open for a few hours per day, and the pool closes at 6 pm, considering its summer. I thought this was a little early

The position of the hotel,it's near the beach. Also I liked it very much the hotel garden/yard and the aqua park for children.

The food was not very diversified but you can find something to eat.

The pool area was lovely hardly ever had an issue finding a sunbed. The Italian restaurant was beautiful. The reception staff and entertainment people were lovely.

I wasn't keen on the food but you could always find something to eat. Some staff were really rude, especially staff that worked in the main restaurant.

The water in the pool was a bit colder than expected. At the seaside a seaweed or something like that appeared in a big amount for two days, however, the hotel can not influence the currents.

June stay with kids

Spacious rooms and nice atmosphere, private beach is a bonus. The animation team and bar staff were always friendly and attentive. Plenty of food options at the buffet. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would be happy to return.

The water slides operating ours are limited and children under 130cm not allowed on them. It would have been nice to know this prior to our stay. The pools are not heated (we travelled first week of June) but after a few minutes you can't feel it anyways

We liked everything about it! It's clean, spacious and you can always find something to dring or eat, even if you are very picky. Staff is very kind. Great program for kids. I recommebd this hotel to everybody. Its my third time here. Young couples, families with kids and elders. Everybody can have a great vacation! Will be visiting again next year.

Great place to stay with kids!

Close to the sea and the swimming pool & slides big enough to control from one spot. Great food!

Some of the staff not really friendly or helpful but maybe because of the end of season and tired. Some of them working 14h shifts 😬!

security awful, left luggage on the last day, security start shouting at my wife that we entered to collect it, they won’t let us stay at the pool for 2 hours, so we had to leave hotel, like what?? for that price they won’t let to use their pool srsly

A good hotel for families

The hotel is located on the main promenade of Sunny Beach. very central location, accessible and super convenient. The room is big but very old and the food is at a reasonable level. The main disadvantage is that there is no heated pool and the water was freezing! Which prevented my children from coming in and enjoying. All in all, We were satisfied.

The food was average. The water in the pool was frozen and you cant enjoy like that. The room is very outdated Everywhere was full of bees and mosquitoes.

It was not the worst experience but I will never come back

all I cannot complain was food and cleanliness

I payed for a room with sea view - instead I received a room with 80% pool view and 20% sea view. THIS WAS A CONDITION VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME , when I asked for another room they say that this one is what I booked. well its not true. Stuff was rude and only a few 2-3 person was wiling to help- the others just don't want or don't know English and they are not there to help you. Wi-fi was very poor Water in the pool was to cold. my 3 years old daughter couldnt stay . For kids under 130cm they have only 2 water slides Even if we had 3 dinner in 3 specific restaurants(included) only one was available because the others was already fully booked - we were passing by these restaurants many times and always were empty tables On the beach they don't have ice - ice machine is broken (all day same response )

Perfect for kids families. Couples stay away!!

Located right next the beach, and is, with its water park, just perfect for families with small children. It’s also situated just right after the most busy section of sunny beach, out of sight of the bars further down towards Nesebar, where there’s much more nightlife and tourists crowding the streets.

Complete lack of information of core services (like where and when to exchange beach towels). Poor level of English creating severe frustration after more that 4 days of stay. Premium pool is not so premium and crowded with kids and inflatable toys and ball play even if the sign clearly tells otherwise. Guards not present most of the time, and doesn’t care if present.
