Excelente relaxing stay.
It was lovely 🥰 we could explore around the area, we relaxed 😌 Caroline &hans they wore amazing, and very friendly, we will go back for sure next year.
Very clean, beautiful place, amazing service and food, lots to visit in the area.

Amazing hosts, amazing location for a perfect holiday! Strongly recommend!
We had an amazing time at Casa Agua Mansas, perfect location to discover the region and to relax in the casa with a lot of space, a great swimming pool almost private because of the limited rooms. Hans and Caroline are very kind and helpfull hosts. They really did everything to make you feel at home (and they were successful :-)), breakfast was great and very personal, for every trip Hans had tips, maps, advice for best restaurants, name it...what a service! Stongly recommend!

Hans and Caroline are great hosts; they were very friendly and made us fell at home; The location was great, this is great place to get to know Praia da Tocha, Praia Mira, Cantanhede, Coimbra, Aveiro... The breakfast was simply amazing

Casa Aguas Mansas is a perfect place to stop and rest during visit in Portugal.
Nice and clean apartments located in a silent area. Caroline and Hans are extremely hospitable and helpful. They always have lots of information or good advice, no matter it regards the nearest restaurants, history of castles or surfing lessons😉 Breakfasts were varied and delicious. The swimming pool after a visit over the cold Atlantic is fantastic and brings relief. I strongly recommend visiting Casa Aguas Mansas!

An hidden gem
First and most of all, I'll have to point out Caroline and Hans, the owners. They are extremely nice and helpful and can hold a great conversation. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. It was truly a pleasure for us to meet them. I'll also have to point out the amazing breakfasts, prepared with a lot of love. Homemade plum cake, french toast, you name it. The room was also very clean and spacious. Honestly, can't wait to go back!
Honestly, everything was perfect. I can't point out absolutely anything that didn't match or exceed my expectations.
