Ottima struttura come base per visitare Porto

ottima posizione sul mare e a 300 m dalla stazione dei treni per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Porto. La proprietA' ha anche un ottimo ristorante dove si effettua la colazione e si puo' cenare. Ci tornerei volentieri.

tutto ottimo forse solo le camere leggermente piccoline.

Family house with guest rooms. Very kind hosts. A restaurant belongs to the house, the breakfast in the morning is there. We can recommend also having dinner there. Fantastic food and great personnel. Very kind. Very welcoming. The house is right at the beach, and there are not many tourists there. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely and always ready to help.

The extra we had to pay for starters which we hadn't ordered...thought they were a kind gesture before a meal. We should have been told first. The breakfast needed alot more variety...scrambled eggs and bacon every morning and the same thing each day on the cold table. When you are there for 9 days you need more variety.

A great guesthouse, friendly staff and an excellent value.

This is a great guesthouse! The English speaking staff person welcomed us a bit early to check in. We had secure bicycle parking. Very comfortable bed, clean new bathroom and shower. There was an outdoor space in a patio outside our room plus a patio out front with ocean view. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Friendly staff. We stayed only one night and would have stayed longer but were concerned about possible rain. We hope to return to Guesthouse A & Z and t Espinho which has great seafood restaurants.

A great day at the beach!

1. If you travel to Porto, have a short trip to Espinho and enjoy the large beautiful beach with marvellous sunsets! 2. The accommodation is next to the terrific beach and managed by the very friendly staff of the directly beside restaurant "Zagalo", which offers an excellent and extraordinary breakfast (remarkable in Southern Europe) and seems to be a great choice for dinner in the evening.

Great ocean view with very nice, quiet beach

The location is ideal. 5 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was a very high quality and one of the best I've had in a hotel, plenty of choice and this will make me book again at guest house a z if I return to espinho. You are right on the ocean front and the balcony from the room faced the ocean also. Very quiet at night. Large walk in shower. Daily room service. Bicycle hire. I highly recommend Guest House A Z. Mini bar and money safe also in the room. There is a black out blind this works well to block out the heat of the sun and its electric.

Not really a complaint but the bar that is 5 buildings down played music till after midnight on Saturday night, so keep that in mind if you want to get a early night Saturdays. I can't say either way if they do this every Saturday.

Excellent restaurants with superb wait staff immediately adjacent, beachfront location

Location and cleanliness

Internet was so weak (only one bar). Couldn’t watch TV at night as images were so heavily pixelated with frequent freezing. Kitchen had zero accessories—no silverware, no plates or cups. No pans to reheat food, making the stove and microwave essentially useless, as there was no way to eat or drink leftovers. Please stock the kitchen to make it usable!

Beautiful location. Lovely staff. Very simple accommodations.

Breakfast was amazing. Service and employees were kind, lovely, and welcoming. There were so many choices and excellent food. The patio overlooking the ocean was a treat. Gorgeous views.

The pillow - just one - was cheap and not comfortable. The bed linens and towels need to be upgraded.

Really enjoyed our stay in A&Z

The room was excellent for the price. It was clean, smart, up to date decor. Good ensuite . We had use of the kitchen. Everything was small but smart. Walk out of apartment and onto beach.

Great Location! Helpful Staff.

Very good location. I checked out two nights earlier and they refunded me for a night which they didn't have to do.

I thought the breakfast buffet could have been slightly better.
