Convenient location

We came to Osaka for Universal Studios Japan, and this apartment was incredibly well located for USJ. Short walk to the station and only a couple of stops to USJ. Quiet and comfortable - we all slept well! Small kitchen with kettle (but no tea/coffee). Check-in was easy, using a tablet with video-call to reception. Coin operated laundry at ground floor was very handy!

The room was on the smaller side for our family of 4. Three beds provided so we had to make up the sofa bed for our youngest child.

Nice place to stay in Osaka and the neighborhood is not so crowded, at it is around 10 minutes walk to Nishikujo Station

It is so near at Nishikujo Rail Station, 7eleven, Family Mart, and there are restaurants nearby. It’s just 4 stations away from Dotonbori.

A perfect stay and highly recommended :)

The place exceeded our expectations - it was very easy to self-checkin, the room was really spacious (we could leave 3 medium luggages open and still have a lot of space to move around), and everything was perfectly clean and working. Toiletries, kitchenware, slippers, and towels were all provided as well. The location was also perfect - it's a 2 min walk from Nishikujo station, which connects to all the major train lines in Osaka and it's also near a Family Mart and a Lawsons. There were also restaurants and vending machines nearby. Very much worth the price, I'd love to stay here again.

Superb

Very good loc if you want to visit USJ. It’s just 1-2 stops away from the park and 1-2 mins walking from Nishikujo Station. Convenience stores, restos and bars nearby, a good big supermarket to buy F&B, vending machines abound, a nice coin laundry downstairs. Very modern, spacious apartment with enough amenities for comfy stay. Very recommended.

Check in quite complicated, you have to call in from a tablet in the reception area and they take photos of your passports which I’m uncomfortable with cos there is no User Privacy agreement whatsoever with data protection.

Central and family friendly

Location location highly recommend for small families of 3 , 4 maybe stretching it if big kids. It's central to get to everywhere for tourists. Quiet location.

Not much family friendly options for dinner in the area but your best off heading downtown. Oh I think you need to invest in blackout curtains as to much light gets into the room from the street.

Great location, but a little small for a large family.

We found the hotel to be in great proximity to the train station. It was easy to get around and a good location for Universal Studios. A clean and modern apartment.

We are a family of 5 and found the family room a little too tight for our our 5 night stay. It would be fine for one or two nights, but was too small and lacked the facilities for a longer stay. We were disappointed there was no washing machine (despite having a spot for it) and the apartment lacked the kitchenware required for a longer stay. There was a lack of hanging space for clothes etc for a large family and limited power points for device charging. The room would be perfect for a quick stop over or for a smaller family.

Location great being near train station and not being super noisy. Room had good space. Very handy being able to store luggage. Liked having a door code and not having to worry about keys.

Had kitchen and dinnerware, but nowhere to eat food. Needed washcloths.

Superb

The room was bigger than expected and had all the amenities we needed. The check-in process was very quick and smooth. Insulation was good for cold winter weather.

It took a little long for the check-in staff to get to us, but we arrived at midnight, so it was understandable.

Superb

I booked this hotel because it was near universal studio and has near by access to metro station. Find it very convenient. Room was big and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Allowed me to storage my baggage after check out. Will definitely book in future.

The room was exceptionally cold. Dispen in the bathroom was very tiny, wish if it was bigger. Didn't like the water heating system as I had to turn it on and wait for hot water every time I used. Wish they placed bottles of water as a welcome gesture for the guests.

It was the best staying experience during our Japan trip.

It is a home style hotel. It’s comes with a simple kitchen, microwave, bathtub as well. There is a long sofa in the room and the room actually can accommodate five persons. It’s near JR station, very convenient when going to USS and Namba station.

good value but lacking some basics of a hotel

plenty of space for two people. great location near nishikujo station. neighborhood is quiet and not too busy

thin walls and noisy guests. the bedding wasn't very comfortable. the fifth floor had a very gross smell near the elevator (room was fine)
