Strange place...

- Clean - Fast and stable internet - Shampoo and shower gel included - Fast elevators

- I booked an apartment for four people and they gave us only one key. So when someone left the apartment to explore the city, the rest of us were tied to the place, because we had only one key for 4 people. - They took a 100 usd one note cash deposit, and said that they will return it when we will check out. I knew that we would like to leave at early morning, so I triple checked booking.com, the mark '24-hour front desk' was in place. So I was calm about that. But SURPRISE, when we came there at 4.08 am, there was nobody, and the guard said that the desk works starting at 7 am. We had no option except to leave without deposit. They partially returned my deposit via bank transfer, but took a commission for that, despite it wasn't my fault. - The pool is paid, and you pay not for the full day, but just for the visit. So if you swam at morning, you have to pay another 20 MYR to swim at evening. The guard refused to give access to the pool for 6-year kid. - In the apartment designed for four people there was: 3 forks, 2 spoons, 0 knives, 2 glasses. - Partially inaccessible for disabled persons on a wheelchair. Step before the door, three steps in the shower, in the master bedroom. .

Tienen mucho margen de mejora

La piscina, aunque tiene que pagar 2 Euros por persona al dia. Las vistas desde la habitación.

El personal, la chica de la recepción no es profesional, también te piden dejar un deposito de 200 Ringgit. Al principio nos dieron una habitación llena de insectos, la cama estaba sucia, cuando hable con ella la primera vez nos mando un chico a la habitación con un spray para matar los insectos, cuando le pedi amablemente que nos cambiara de habitación dijo que no era posible, que el hotel estaba completo, y esto a las 11 de la noche, pero cuando baje a pegarle un grito nos cambio la habitación en seguida, y nos dio una que estaba mucho mejor que la anterior. Tambien el hotel esta mal ubicado

Smooth taking of key

I had booked a room having kitchen facility and bath tub. I had booked a delux room as per what pictures was given. But then But the host said that for kitchen facility I have to pay extra. I paid extra for kitchen. The kitchen utensils provided was 2 plates 2 bowls 1 for 1 spoon knife cutting table. Hardly sufficient. No dishwashing liquid etc. A total disappointment

Everything great until the check out timing

Everything, from the room, the space, the furniture, the facilities, everything is great and I love it.

The only problem is the check out timing which is on 11am, because usually the check out timing at other places is at 12pm, and this make us rushing to packed up things and not much time to rest. Additionally, the hose at the bathtub is broken, it has hole and pouring water out.

Overall still ok if you dont mind the facilities are not free.

I stayed at level 42, the view was spectacular! We were able to see the full view of KL City and the Twin Towers view was absolutely amazing! This is also the reason I chose this place rather than those nearer to klcc because I could enjoy the unblocked view of the whole building! Besides, kudos to Mykey which they did their job really well! Process for check in and out was smooth and fast, they even answered my questions patiently and professionally.

I think the cleanliness can be improved. There’s like sand on the kitchen floor, but it’s still bearable. The door keeper at the facility floor was rude! The way he mentioned the line we couldn’t cross without the ticket was rather offending. I think he could’ve informed us about the ticket in a much nicer way. But the fact that we still need to pay to visit the facility is also the thing I don’t really comprehend.

No English speaking tv channels, no kitchen drying towel, no cloth to wipe bench, no kitchen knives, no teaspoon, no toilet paper, no soap, no hand towel, no pot or saucepans or cooking utensils (unless requested even if room has a kitchen), noisy upstairs unit jumping and stomping from 3.30am. Can hear lifts 24/7 as unit backs onto lifts. 8th floor pool water dirty and not maintained. Need a RM10 ticket to get access to 48th floor pool which your RM280 a night rate does not cover - ticketing does not open until 8am.. Next - no pool attendant and eventually shows up at 8.10am. Guards on reception dispondent and uninterested. Staff attitude is they think doing me a favour by being their customer. Noise complaint to management WhatsApp group ignored. Welcome to Expressions which is a Airbnb hotel with over a dozen agents advertising under different names renting out rooms under the management of MyKey.

Staying in this place was a huge disappointment.

View from 45 floor was just amazing 👏🏻 😍, we stay there for over 3 weeks and every day we have enjoyed with the view. It's 80 sqrm are very spacious.

The first night we saw a cockroach in the bathroom, later there often were more of them in the kitchen. Initially, the kitchen did not have any silverware, plates, any frying pan or pot for cooking. It was needed to come to reception during several days to ask for these things as the answer was that they gave everything to other tenants and don’t have anything for now. During communication managers were almost rude, it felt like they don’t have any time or wish to solve our problems. The lights in apartment were horrible, over 90% of lamp fixtures were empty. After we asked to put some more lamps, it became a little better, but still most of fixtures were left empty - some rooms have only one where there are place for 5. It was mentioned that there are a jacuzzi and sauna, but it appeared that those don’t work for 2 year already and building is 4 years old. There were much more smaller unpleasant things that made our stay uncomfortable. In general, this apartment can be described as one that have a big potential in theory, but being just a collection of disenchantments in reality.

Total inconvenience for short-term rent.

Nice suite, amazing shower with huge window, the view is also great. Spacious rooms.

Oh I've disliked a lot. 1. The location is inconvenient. 27 min walk from the nearest monorail (metro) station. Or 10 min walk from the bus station, but NO any crossings to walkers and no buses at all. The walking process is not enjoyable. 2. A lot of additional payments: the tax, the deposit, the pool is paid, the adapter for sockets is paid. And moreover: the paid pool is not warm and if it is windy you probably will not enjoy swimming 3. The staff, who didn't explain anything about the suite: how to use the lift (no instructions inside), how to LOCK THE APARTMENT (yes, that was unpredictable). Also we had discharged batteries in the remote of Air Conditioner, non-working lights in bathroom and faced with unfitting sockets. And guess what - we were asked to go down to have the batteries and change them by ourselves. Also we got a refusal for kindly asking to bring the (paid) adapter to us. The summary: may be it is ok when you plan to stay at least 10 days, but if you plan to spent just a night as we did, note that special education is needed to use your apartment.

Disappointing

The host is genuine

Everything was okay at first, parking is easy to find , the parking lot is close to the elevator and the host is friendly. But, I was surprised by the room provided. It is different from what the picture shows. I was confused when I first looked for my room number, there was the first door with no lock, and there were 2 doors after that, like a house divided into 2 rooms and my room was one of the next door. My room is like a hotel, small and cramped. I booked a deluxe studio room with 1 large double bed, but what I got was 2 single beds joined together. The room is not the same as stated in the description. I feel cheated and disappointed. About the toilet smells bad. I hope this kind of thing doesn't happen to me and other guests.

Toilet were spacious and clean but it has unpleasent smell. No cooking utensils provided even knife/scissor.

When we got the room everything was very dirty. The rug had dirty shoesprint and we found a beetle. They changed our room But the other room had dirty bed sheets and a very Bad small in the Bathroom.
