Un hôtel de caractère où on est reçu comme en famille

L'excellent petit-déjeuner fait maison par l'hôtesse qui est une personne très chaleureuse, qui parle français. Toute l'équipe est très à l'écoute. L'hébergement très spacieux avec une belle salle de bains. Les produits de courtoisie. L'hébergement situé dans l'orangeraie.

Nous avons opté pour une chambre dans le jardin. La literie un peu trop souple pour nous. On pourra préférer choisir une "suite junior" afin de bénécier de chambres rénovées et d'une décoration plus stylée dans le bâtiment principal.

Don't judge the book by it's cover, Pyrgos Of Mystra is a lovely stay!

From the outside it did not look like anything special, then one opens the doorto a lovely facility with lovely patio and gardens. Our rooms were in out buildings set in the garden area. they were roomy, the baths spacious and everything worked. The breakfast was ample and the dining area roomy and nicely decorated. One could take one's breakfast out to the tables on the patio if so inclined. It was just a short walk to the center of the village and a number of restaurants. Our hostess spoke excellent English.

The recommended restaurant was several miles away and although very nice, it was isolated. Walking to one of the local eateries is a better option for being with the locals.

Exceptional

Pyrgos of Mystra exceeded our expectations. The place where it is located is very close to the points of interest in the area and at the same time it is located in a very quiet and beautiful spot, right in the orange groves. Our room was clean, quiet spacious and had exactly what one needs for a relaxing stay. The very positive aspects are the kindness of Ms Maria the owner and the staff in general, as well as the very good and rich breakfast that the owner herself prepares and serves. Everything here shows that there is love and passion and attention to the detail. Highly recommended!

A Lovely Hotel

Extremely comfortable and elegant hotel. Peaceful garden and close to the archaeological site. Fantastic breakfast and Maria and Nikki very pleasant and helpful.I would highly recommend Pyrgos of Mystra.

Wonderfully warm and welcoming staff. Lovely location and pretty gardens.

The mattresses are in need of a change. They were very soft and bouncy and this was not conducive to a good night's sleep.

We had a great stay. The host - Maria - is super nice, helpful and professional. The room is equipped with everything including hair conditioner and a loofah! Breakfast is great. The house itself is old and cozy, and the beds are super comfortable.

Nice place in Mystras

Comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, sweet and juicy oranges from the garden.

We were able to park very close by, but couldn't imagine if peak season.

Lovely historic property

A characterful option in the village of Mystra, just below the archaeological site. The building is made of stone and dates back to 1850; rooms and common spaces are charming although the decor is a bit dated. We were here in January, but if the weather were warmer we would have loved to take advantage of the beautitful outdoor sitting spaces (as it was, we had fresh orange juice from the hotel's trees). Breakfast was a highlight--an ample buffet with lots of homemade options (try the honey walnut cookies) and cooked-to-order eggs. Many thanks to Maria, the propietor! Also appreciated the location just outside of the center of town--quieter and more convenient for parking.

While everything was spotlessly clean, the decor in our room (the junior suite) felt a bit tired.

Quiet, Lovely, scenic and more

This hotel is situated 5mins drive from the main town of Sparta and is a quiet but beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. The staff are extremely friendly, and have a lot of local knowledge and advice. Great location to visit the castle and grounds around Mystras.

There was nothing to not like, our experience was amazing, woke up everyday to freshly squeezed orange juice. Beyond amazing

A great base to explore the area.

A lovely spot on the edge of Mystras well placed for visiting the sights and walking. Excellent breakfast and very charming staff.

Some of the decor felt a little dated but in a way that added to the charm. Plus would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, but we were given a pot of hot water whenever we asked!

Awesome place to stay in Mystras

Great place with an amazing garden. Delicious and various breakfast. The room was huge, very clean and with comfortable beds. Maria and Patty were extremely kind and took really good care of us

Classy place!

Super classy and historic place. The room was exceptionally decorated and large. Breakfast was delicious.

Clearer directions to get there. Luckily, the restaurant waiter from the middle of town jumped on his motorcycle and had me follow him to the hotel. Such kind Greek hospitality!!

Everything! Patty and Maria are so nice and informative. The hotel is kind of a well renovated manor. Internal garden, lovely rooms, very clean and very high level.
