Täydellinen lomanviettopaikka

Upea huoneisto ja hyvät sängyt, ilmastointi toimi hyvin, kaikki perusvälineet ruuan laittoon löytyi. Ihana allasalue ja kilpikonnat pihalla. Voisimme mennä uudestaan!

Perfect!

Ihana uuden oloinen huoneisto kaikkine tarvikkeineen . Allas ja kylpypyyhkeet oli erikseen. Hyvä sänky! Myös kylpytakit löytyi 🙏 Piha oli hyvin hoidettu ja rajatulla alueella oli kilpikonnia. Jaguzzi best, että voi kylpeä aina lämpimässä. Kiitos 🩷

Astiat oli likaisia, kun otin kaapista. Tiskasin meille kahvikupit. Pieni vika, kun kaikki muut oli täydellistä.

Better than a fairy tail❤️

Beautiful apartments with incredible view, a lovely garden and pool. One of the best place we have ever been. Highly recommended, i really hope we can come back in the future.

Beautiful property with very nice, clean rooms!

Beautiful property with excellent amenities. The owner was very nice and accommodating. the location has great views and is close to town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wi-Fi didn’t work too well, which was not a major issue for our stay, just a heads up if you need to work. It could have also been a random issue, we were only there 1 night.

Superb

Anita was a great host, very personable and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, a great balcony and the bed! The bed was pure luxury from the mattress to the bedding, so comfortable! The view was amazing! All in all I would recommend Villa Markoc. It was nice and quiet and great getting to Dubrovnik on the water taxi! There is also a market close by for snacks.

Lovely peaceful property with fabulous views. Our host, Anita, was helpful and very friendly. It is up a steep hill but the climb is worth it to have the views.

We'd stay at this villa again.

Great views. Very friendly and helpful host. Super-clean room. Great pool.

The walk down to town was fine but almost too far to walk back uphill, especially in the heat of the day. Good exercise though and this wouldn't stop us from staying here again. That said we had a car but chose to walk :)

Good time at good place

Villa Markoc is located in a beautiful residential area of Cavtat. A small town, an old town, great restaurants, bars and friendly warm people. Easy access to the beach, restaurants. But you can also spend time at the villa swimming pool. The apartments are large, cosy, clean and have everything you could possibly need. The owner is friendly, helpful and lovely. The place is very close to Dubrovnik airport.

An excellent stay in the best apartments in Cavtat

Villa Markoc is amazing, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in for a holiday. Everything in the apartment is taken care of, the beds are really comfy, one of the best I’ve ever slept in abroad, it’s a super king so plenty of space for both you and your partner, the bedding, pillows and mattress are all super comfy. The apartment is super spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen is full of everything you need to make make, such as an oven, kettle, microwave, grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all utensils. The air conditioning is excellent, there is a huge sofa, a nice dining table, a wide screen smart TV so you can watch Netflix etc, excellent wifi, plenty of storage for your clothes and a lovely little dressing table for girls to get ready. Then you have a lovely sized balcony which leads out into the stunning pool area. The pool itself is excellent, so clean, just the right size and views to die for with excellent well maintained gardens surrounding! There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, a hot tub with views out into the bay, a sauna if you want to use it, a communal BBQ and even pet tortoises walking around which add to the feel of the place. I can’t stress how breathtaking the views are from the pool area, looking out towards the bay of Dubrovnik, it’s stunning! Finally the host Anita is so so nice and very very helpful, she really can’t do enough for you, nothing is a problem for her and her relaxed chilled out vibe makes you feel relaxed and part of the family. A truly excellent stay and next time I visit Croatia, I will definitely be staying here again.

A few things to watch out for. They didn’t bother us but could be bothersome for other people. The walk to and from the apartments from the centre of Cavtat is up a steep hill, but there is a number 10 bus service every half an hour from the centre to the apartments which eliminates the hill if you need to. Cavtat is located by Dubrovnik Airport so planes are flying overhead all day, I didn’t notice the noise and it didn’t bother me whatsoever, in fact it was pretty fun watching them.

After a trip to Dubrovnik, then Montenegro, this two day break in Cavtat was a perfect wind down before we flew home.

Perfect for relaxing after some busy touring.

No complaints about the property at all.

Authentic Cavtat and lovely hospitality

The communication with Anita was smooth and easy in English. We only stayed for 1 night, but we had time to enjoy the swimming pool in the morning, which was lovely. Hvala Anita for the grapa!

For the price that we paid for 1 night, breakfast should be included.

Perfect stay!

We had such a lovely stay - really pretty pool area, so clean & relaxing with amazing views! Our apartment was lovely & spacious and had everything we needed. Anita the host was really helpful & friendly. We would happily come back & will recommend to family & friends!

It is a climb up the hill coming back from the town but it just made us feel less guilty about eating so much lovely food!!

Exceptional

We booked Villa Markoc spontaniously after our car broke down and we had a pretty bad experiance at another accomodation. The views from the accommodation are stunning, the pool is always fresh and clean. There is a nice grill to stuff yourself while exulting from the views. Anita picked us up and received us very friendly and welcoming. The following days she was giving us an incredible support and doing everything possible to help us. She also made us feel very good and comfortable at her place. We totaly recommend staying here. Thank you so much.! Hvala!

Perfectly relaxing and an ideal place to switch off for a few days.

The size of the room and the facilities were all excellent, well maintained and clean. The pool was just right and the hot tub was a great bonus, as was the steam room. Couldn't fault the property. Little supermarket just a 100yds down the road. The walk down to Cavtat took about 8mins. Easy down hill but a bit of a killer on the way back up in the heat. A walk around to Beach Bar Little Star in the evening to see the sunset over Dubrovnik is a must. Also the boat to Dubrovnik is very reasonable and frequent throughout the day. Costs about 150Kn return and takes about 45mins
